Pretty much a guarantee an average sized person won't finish it. One of the keys to eating challenges is really breaking down the food so it takes up less volume in your stomach. Imagine how quickly you need to swallow to eat a pound of food in 3 minutes

That challenge is a little too insane for 15 minutes. I think Adam could’ve done it in 30 or even just 20 minutes
I feel like in some episodes, maybe the later ones, Adam looked like he didnt enjoy the foods anymore. Even when he watched the owners prepare the food, he looked upon them with dread rather than excitement lol. He tried to act excited but I could tell dread was the stronger feeling. He was analyzing whether he could finish the food rather than enjoy the food.

A good strategy might have been to put it all in a blender and eat the mush. But that probably would not have been allowed. The only food challenge I ever attempted was an ice cream one, and I came with friends cause we had challenged ourselves. 3 L of ice cream vs seven guests is manageable.

I once tried this challenge, and I had half left what adam had in the plate when timer ran out. The only downside was that I almost puked after the challenge, well I guess that's what you get when you stuff your stomach too much food too fast. And I did this with my friends at home 😂
