Except for Hugh Laurie who voiced Dr. Cockroach in the movie, in the video game he's voiced by James Horan.
Longevity in certain insects such as the cockroach for example? That would explain why Dr. Cockroach hasn’t aged much because looks and sounds so young even after 5 decades of living. According to Wikipedia information about him. He was 46 years old before he became a mutated cockroach. Now today in this game or movie he’s 92 years old.
(Also I personally should tell you I used to have a crush on him two times to be exact.)
