This game had more action than the movie itself legit the characters are actually useful instead of screwing things up like in the original

Honestly true because I bet you any amount of money that the giant scorpion bot was cut out because for whatever reason they decided to make Susan have some sort of emotional drama to have her accept who she has become, since she doesn't have a reason to remain as otherwise(and she doesn't technically say the line "the name is ginormica" until the end of the movie). It's honestly better the way the game does it when she realizes she's better off as who she is now saying that line. In my opinion the bits they have where Susan is having her wedding, seeing her parents and then having the falling out with darek (which had no real reason to happen btw), it would've been 100% better to replace all that screentime with a kaiju battle between insectosaurus and the scorpion robot. Which more or less happens in game which results in the metamorphosis either way. Long story short all they needed for the introduction is a mixture of the movie and game general monger intro scene where they're in the bunker explaining everything. They have the comedy (silent P with bobs name and the respective banter), the context for said introduction (explaining how Susan was changed on her wedding day and the other monsters origins). Literally all the drama that happens with Susan doesn't need to happen because basically the same thing happens in the game in some way. Susan wants to leave, attempts and fails and meets all the monsters like in the movie, then they all get released anyways to go after the probe and it more or less goes the same way as the movie mixed with the game, then like in the game they go to the scorpion robot encounter where insectosaurus and the robot have a kaiju battle and Susan goes in and defeats it like in the game, that's when she says "my name is ginormica" then that night they have the heart to heart moment on the gas station where she gets abducted. But like in the game she just near immediately passes out, since insectosaurus got knocked out early they can't have the snot scene where he gets shot, and then it's basically the game from there, where instead of that terrible plan to blend in with the galaxar clones they instead do like the game where it's more infiltration and destruction of defenses as they go and Susan fights galaxar as she escapes and they all flee on butterflyasourus as the place blows up. The movie works out completely with a lot more action and still with Susan having her "getting used to being a monster" plotline they for some reason want it would've been such a better movie this way.
I like Bob in the movie. Especially when he goes "hi hello. How ya doing?We are here to destroy you"

@@erenpopega This robot clearly does not have the necessary protection and is very vulnerable. His laser-powered missiles would be useless against the alien's shield. Obviously, he would have lost in the first seconds of the fight.
And the main point is that bosses are destroyed from the inside.

I forgot how brutal this game can be. Especially when trying to get the achievement(get hit less then 5 times) FOR THE ENTIRE GAME 🎮

Yes. The game tends to be very punishing indeed when trying to do a flawless run. Even if you do get checkpoints, you have to restart the whole segment of a level if you get damaged midway, which can be very frustrating especially if you've been restarting a million times.

Insectosaurus really needed a big part with those 2 mega robots, you would think they would at least have him duke it out or get some hits since he's the muscle of the team. He barely did much in the city battle, and the scorpion encounter I thought he was finally gonna get his time to shine... only for him to be taken out easily, and barely halfway through the game. Wasted potential for sure 😔

It's sad how here The Missing Link has much more participation and greater benefit than in the movie, which is only treated as a comic punching bag, in addition to having the closest relation with Insectosaurus, or am I wrong?
You're absolutly right, The Missing Link and the other OG monsters were totally wasted in the movie, as they do literaly nothing and Susan is the only one doing all the work, while the others only serve as mediocre comic reliefs. In the game, the monsters actually work together as a team and each of them has it's purpose in bringing down robots and stoping Galaxar.

Am I the only one who thinks that it is very similar to god of war? I say this because there are many things in that game, examples: scenes where you have to press buttons, epic music, money that is very similar To the stamina of god of war 1
Those are called QTE or Quicktime Events and I'm not sure if God of War was the first game to have such gameplay mechanics.
Also God of War did not invent stamina bars, epic music and in game money.
Honestly only the Missing Link sections are similar to God of War
Haven't thought it r this since I was a kid. And if was a rental but I beat the game. Though I didn't like Susan skating the entire times you play her.
