Ghana and it various presidents who just want to be leaders for their parties INSTEAD being there for the country GHANA! These presidents just prevaricating and constantly changing policies from politicians totally lacking in strategic vision, and it is so refreshing to find a monumental leader who not only knows his stuff, but who also wants to share his vision with his people, and the Arab world in general.
Ghana has a lot to learn from the vision of the Sheikh - who had sensible laying out of his views and the challenges he faces and surmounts. His books practically has no pictures!!
The fast change is rarely a good thing in terms of retention and Inspiring his people using direct examples of how he and his family have transformed Dubai is really effective, and it inspires me to help my community of Sukwae.
Captain Smart is developing in mind and now showing love for Ghanaian youth, we need to open our mind as the youth and fight for what is ours.

Captain Smart is more eloquent in English than the local lingo and since this is a global medium consideration must be given for subtitles when interesting comment or odd anecnode inevitably suffices. The issue is that we're all 'guilty' for being too tolerant or accepting of mediocrity from the LEADERS & MANAGERS . The example of the CEO squandering $100,000 monthly on lunch and the disgusting justification is criminal. How are managers accounting for their hours of work and their salaries in relation to productivity? The sad situation is that nothing ever comes out of these observations and the rot continues.

Our political Leaders who led us to Independence, were visionery, not corrupt not selfish and tried to industralize our country as far as they could. Unfortunately, our present day politicians are there to enrich themselves. Look at Tema harbour plus township, Accra-Tema Motorway, Akosombo Dam etc. This is what we call visionary Leaders.

Gross Domestic product - simple explanation is its the total of goods and services produced in a country which is used to determine the growth of the economy. So Ghana's economy is failing because we are not producing as against the quantity of imports which will led to higher prices of everything.

I just pray that we don't get to that point. It will also set us backwards n that is what our other enemies wish for. We must address issues but try to solve them amicably by voting for a new party. When we think that if we vote for a new candidate, they won't win, then wel will never change npp or NDC in power. These are the same parties that have DEVOURRD the country since 1981

Misplaced priorities is our downfall
I love his boldness, but I think as a nation I think our biggest problem is the 1992 constitution which mostly favors the politicians, and also the central system of government. It's so bad and impedes developments if every decision should be taken and directed by Accra. We should probably practice the western European systems of government. Elections every 4 years but no term limits if the leader is good. Enough with the back and forth between NPP and the NDC.
