Good morning on today's episode We actually did another delivery to the customer that threatened us per the shippers REQUEST. The MANAGER wanted us to show up and leave the material curbside curbside 🤣. Honestly we agreed with them but if it wasn't for my buddy requesting that we bring the material to the top of the driveway like we did the first time in the customer getting upset with us we would have left it down at the bottom.
To us it's crazy that even after customers threaten the delivery drivers, deals are still made with customers to deliver product. We firmly believe that the customers should be blacklisted after that. That's with it even being on record with the local police department of the town and us telling the shipping location and the customer demanding more material to get delivered.

That cop was a jerkoff. How do you define aggressive. Again great job on holding your temper. Very professional. Btw just leave the Bad language in it. All the blanks takes the flow out of the video
The bad words can mess up the Monetization. That's unless you know how to beat the system. 😉
So funny, I stumble across your videos and watch a bunch and keep saying to myself "this looks so familiar" and then realize I live a mile away from where this happened. Small world!
Tn?
CT
Wow, my hats off to you for going back AND on top of that you bring it to the top of the hill by the house. More professional than me I can tell you that
Nice to here form honest folks these days .....lol
I don't care what the fmcsa says I still carry everyday not looking for trouble but not excepting nonsense
The problem is you are dealing with the general public. The phrase the customer is always right is one of the worst things to happen.
Accepting*
“Hopefully it rains” 😂
If I was still a Labourer, you'd be my dream drop off driver lol! Keep on trucking fella, all the best!
Dream driver? He’s a pain in the ass. This Paxton guy is a real piece of work also.
Sometimes the best way to deal with a jerk is to smother them in kindness. Flusters the heck out of them.
I'm subbed and I have been subbed!!
Appreciate your channel man. Much love from MA/NH border.
LMAO! "Hopefully it rains" 🤣🤣🤣 my dood, I swear, you're my spirit guide 😂😂😂
Wood floor left on dirt driveway in the rain😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
You did that guy a solid. I am surprised the store sent you back out there.
We're not
The store wants to keep the money. If the delivery fails, a refund is going to happen.
whenever a delivery driver is bringing materials to my job site,i do whatever i can to get materials where i want them,,,these guys can make your day easy or miserable!!
I'm happy to see you tighten your straps, evening though I never drove a flatbed, I have met drivers that park their trucks and never check their straps. extremely dangerous.
I'm retired now, but as an OTR independent, anyone giving me any crap about where to deliver and then trying to change it up or getting their panties in a bunch paid a big price. Then I could blacklist the company or receiver with my broker as nonservicable by me. And there were a few that it happened to. And a couple that got their load serviced at a third person dock because we refused to deliver at location because of things like you experienced. My charges for last minute changes to delivery locations cost the receiver 750.00 by contract. They stopped the bs.
You should’ve placed it at the entrance of the driveway 🤣 honestly surprised they sent you back to that job site.
We're not it happens all the time
Good job brother. Solid video's here. I couldn't do it man. Good job again
I've come across and worked with site foremen, leads, and GC that take it to the next level for no reason, just to show off their little bit of power reminding the workers and vendors who running the show/job. I've also worked with people on the other side of that coin and the workers want to do good work for them.
You went beyond …I don’t understand the building site stuff..but I like your commentary - makes sense.
Oi, I see you ain’t scared.!! You got that experience in life situations, and handle them accordingly..!!!!
You deliver to some of the biggest crybaby contractors I’ve ever seen. They should just be happy they are getting any kind of material delivered with this COVID bullshit
Damn bro this my first ever video of yours and it feels as if I’ve been subscribed to you for years. Great energy brother gotta love it!!
❤️❤️❤️❤️ th-cam.com/video/icKu6XP0EGQ/w-d-xo.html
Can you imagine how he’s going to be with his neighbors
Every one should have to work as a delivery person once in their life. People as a whole suck..
Subscribed now. Good you pointed that out 😅
Keep up the good work 👏
Hey! Nice job! That what I'm talkin about. That's helping the customer out.
Hopefully it rains he says .......what is so liberating about rain when you have a delivery to get inside
I love your videos I binge watch them while at work.. thanks for all you do 💯
❤️❤️❤️
Q: How do you define aggressive
A: want me to show you ?
😆😅🤣😂
Brother i just came across your channel and after a couple videos I had to sub. I cant believe how well you handle these crazy rude customers. I get it when dealing with the public your supposed to be polite but Bro I would have dropped things off as far as possible on alot of these fools the way they talk to you, long as I was curbside. You handle everything I've seen so far very smooth and very professional. Like the guy who wanted you to load it in his garage and offered you cash but you told him the chance of hitting the top of the garage or any damage is out of your pocket not the store and he griefs you all the way back to your truck saying crap like your not a nice person and he was promised it would be loaded inside the garage on and on but after the not being a nice person remark I'd probably said ok mister ill be a nice guy then I went back picked up the load from the garage entrance a d brought it out to the road curbside. And said there you go see how nice of a guy I am, I did exactly what my contract paperwork says to do CURBSIDE DELIVERY. Have a nice day. Lol
After driving for 27 years, I’ve seen my far share of drivers and this young man has A LOT to learn!!!!!
And this is why the north and midwest is going to hell. Did you ever hear of the concept that the crazy customer is the boss? Before delivering your load, you should place a mat out front so that your customer can kneel down on it and worship you.
Attitude problems doesn’t help anyone That why I always be nice an kind an helpful to people cause we all need each other sooner or later.
I think he's in right job ...most people pick on the drive tell they het there way... this man ant taking every body's shi.
An they dont like it....
.we need him for president an 500 hundred more just like him....😊
Love the videos bro!
Being federally regulated and working for the feds is two different things. Go drive for DOT if you wanna get people in trouble with the cops.
Not our deal, but it's a shame that the people who deliver goods everywhere aren't federally protected.
He can't even get a strap off, haha keep laughing ROOKIE
You ol softy taking it up by the house.😂
When you treat people with respect and kindness you'd be surprised at how much more they are willing to do for you .
I like your videos, man - keep ‘em coming! And you’re getting lots of views! Stay safe, dude!!
Glad to see you do the right thing and drop it at the garage, even though that guy was a real pain!
I only saw one party having a bad day…
Mike is always having fun…!
So true with the federal regulations, I drive a 26ft straight otr and D.O.T. is so full of shit
Dude, you are super cool. It wasn’t this dudes fault the previous guy was an asshole, you took care of him even tho you had a hall pass. Good job done. You rock
You don’t need all of that poweraid it will ruin your kidneys
Their called runs. I have one for my dog too. Some dogs don't like staying in their boundaries. They do t live out there it's so they can stretch their legs and get some fresh air. Like me I can't always be behind a leash with my dog I got 6 acers of land to maintain. But that don't mean I won't let her outside il put her on her run with a bowl of water and make sure she has shade. Great video bud!
Good backup. I have a couple. Lol 😆 🤣. I couldn't read the last part. But I'm old. Lmao
'hopefully it rains'. lolol
Iv never seen one of those forklifts work. It’s a beast.
Thank you
The people paying for delivery fees aren't looking at what the service actually includes. Unless otherwise specified the curbside delivery is the standard. This should be emphasized at time of payment. I know Costco has a flyer added to the delivery paperwork that states curbside only. I would think Home Depot has something similar. If you want the added service you need to pay for it. If his trucking company doesn't offer the service beyond the curbside you would need to hire a company that offers that extra service. Some moving companies or furniture moving companies offer a service where they will hand stack your products that you bought, anywhere you would like them to for a nominal fee.
By this driver going beyond the curbside delivery, he isn't only offering them an extra service for free. This can also be lost revenue for the company. It should be appreciated.
Love the contractor didn't even put wood down at all for the guy crazy unprofessional
Even better that's freaking flooring and I'm a floor layer!!!!
It seems to me that you really understand the value of being respectful yet firm and resolute in your approach to conflict. Do you have any Canadian in you?
CT? And all kinds of hills, fun in the snow
Gotta stand your ground
I've recently started to learn the art of not letting people dictate how I feel. If somebody is being an asshole, old me would go out of my way to be an asshole back two fold. But that always lead to more suffering for me. Now when somebody is an asshole I try to be twice as nice, not allowing them to bring me to a low point mentally myself. It's quite satisfying when I manage to actually pull it off, but it sure does take some practice.
You did way more than I would have for this site. People need to be accountable for their actions. This contractor is VERY fortunate they were not blacklisted for deliveries. The details of the report are disappointing. hopefully they explain to this person that regardless of what is going on in your life treating people badly is not acceptable let alone threatening.
Couldn't read that little report at the end 😔😔 TMI about the burp taste 🤢
Just subscribed. Great content. I agree about the dogs. So sad.
First vid of Karen I thought you was the definition of " not my job description, but you hooked this dude up, entertaining either way lol got my subscribe!
did you watch the follow up video?
"Call for service"...that's always a rich one....everyone was understanding, situation was rectified....they just make shit up...
if i had plastic i would have covered it ,but very likely been super tempted to put it curbside . those boxes are 70lbs + . Contractor would have a good rethinking during his muddy workout 💪🏽
The first time should've parked it behind the a holes f150
Is it just me or does this dude sound exactly like John C Reilly?
Shake and bake
This is why when I eventually get a property it's going to be very small and easy to maintain. Because I am going to be likely the only one living in it and I am not managing it myself and ticking off drivers cause my property isn't designed for their machines.
He knew he was wrong. Why not just apologize?
In his eyes that means weakness. Real mean never apologizes. Also real mean get their ass beat and end up in jail because they can't back down
this is -------in hilarious
Good drop.
I remember seeing the 1st vid a few weeks ago. I would have left that stuff curbside and brought a crew of Native Americans to do a rain dance.
Wow just wow
I would have NO HUMAN CONTACT with those kind of people and drop it curb side.
Someone has been watching cocomelon/Dave and eva with that little ditty.
Looks like there is more than one A-Hole in that neighborhood....Chaining dogs up without a shelter is abuse....Moffett to the rescue!!!???
Lmaooo
When I was in Huntsville the city finally passed an ordinance you can not leave your dog chained up like that. People lost their shit saying the gov can't tell them what to do with their property
I feel bad when my dog crawls off the bed onto the floor🤗
@@keithqueen3554 I adopted an adult dog found on the streets....the day I encouraged her to get on the bed...she knew she was home...welcome to my tribe!
@@niyablake I'm betting their wives and kids are property too...In Maine our shelters are full of animals from the south, very sad
That camera takes away all grey area. That is why Police have them.
As a hardwood flooring pro. This is why you don’t go with big box store for hardwood flooring.
The material should never be put right inside. Not even the garage or basement. It needs to acclimate properly.
Home Depot isn’t going to care.
Great videos !
What a stressful day dealing with all that id just unload and go if you want me to move closer its extra 200 also the contractor should be responsible to cover it for rain
I’m filing DOT complaints against Safford Transportation for unsafe activity.
Nice truck dude
I would love to see that subscribed / not subscribed ratio flipped for you man.
Us too
I would of left it at the bottom make his ass pay to have someone carry it up that muddy hill
yo i never comment stuff on here butt i just want to say u r a vary kind person i wood of left it down the street lol
Federally regulated and we cannot carry a gun (for protection) in our vehicles (truck) as a CDL holder...
Generally truck drivers are told to deliver x load to x spot then its the customer responsibility to unload the truck. However as a retail store the driver drops the load to the location, if the buyer would like it placed in or at any specified place he/she needs to be there to provide that information provided it can be put at that location as in muddy driway and ablity of equipment to move it on that surface.
You want finnished materials in a garage the driveway better be paved. Fork trucks cant drive over rough land and mud its not a boat or a crain he cant set it in the back yard if you cant drive there.
Aruging with a truck drive dropping off your load is stupidity.
I feel your pain bro. I drive semis out of Hartford CT
Who do you drive for?
@@SaffordDelivery R+L Carriers
@@glock5610 what do you haul?
Ya you should leave it right the f on the side of road.

Now I know if I ever get picked up by the fuzz - Officer, I am stressed out, I've had a rough day. Oh, ok! Why didn't you say so?! Go on your way, sir.
LOL that little guy threatened to knock someone out??? bbahahahahah
No that guy that was there was with me
Again and ooooooooo dirt on the tire
That job site likes like a shithole…….I can imagine what quality of work is going in there
Always got that blue Powerade lol
Leave it at the beginning of the driveway so that they can't drive in and out
This shit is hard to watch with swares blocked out.
Sometimes I wish he had two videos. Live and unedited. But if you say naughty words it upsets youtube
Ok bro I understand now from watching several of your videos now that you are a 3rd party shipper... sucks for most customers tho I guess.....be safe out there bro.
Show your face man.I like to see who i'm talking to. LOL Subbed
Check out our other content
Sir i think you need to find another line of eork
As usual the office clerks don't tell these the delivery details, curbside means just that
I don't give a dam what any has to say....i don't look for trouble nor do I start trouble....but if the bull shi. Finds me i well finish it at all cost AT ALL COST ..... an if my son's around when some body decides to have a life changing experience....we well all be on the evening News...
Hopefully it rains!😂😂
You showed real restraint not just leaving it at the curb.....I would have.
Don’t you have to put hardwood inside at room temp to avoid warping ? Not left out in moisture
72 hours acclimating at normal temp and humidity. That house may not even have conditioned air yet but a lot of git-er-done builders install anyway and service it later, IF you can get them back. Under no circumstances should it stay outside in that weather for any amount of time.
Was anyone able to read the police report shown at the end of his video ?
At the end of the day if you were that pissed of with the service why would you pay for the service again ? Simple trying to get something for nothing & thing is by abusing a driver doing their job you will get sweet FA every time !
How long is training for the Moffett. I'm considering local positions, but the majority of the companies I'm looking at require use of the Moffett.
Depends on the person really
Where I used to work it was 1 hour if that
I got it down in 20 minutes but yea it really depends on the person.
@@559rz Thanks
It's 40 hours at my company. We deliver our own building materials. It's a skill for sure! we actually have to be nice to customers and place the load where they want it. Every driveway is different. Long, potholes, dips, valleys. What this guy does on a daily basis is BRAINLESS WORK compared to what I do. My job is 50% delivery and 50% risk assessment. You could hit a slight incline and drop 35k of siding in a blink of an eye. If your a third party delivery service like this guy?Drop of at the curb? Easy money. I also make alot more money. Two completely different skill sets using a moffett.
