I love the way it was filmed, but I believe you need to use another camera/Lens because every time you have a sunny and bright window/Glass behind you I barely could see the details of that scene. With real estate it's location, location, location. And the location of these house is not good. 100+ degrees for half the Summer, strong winds, and with heavy traffic on the 405 Fwy to & from the LA basin for the daily commute... It's a $1 million home on $100K of land... While this size lot in good neighborhood within the LA basin goes for $600K to $1 million.

Porter ranch is a great neighborhood but there's a catch. The only reason why you get a discount compared to the rest of The Valley is because of where it's located. Its geography and natural layout causes heat to get trapped during summer and the opposite during winter. With that said, with the non stop running of the AC and Heater, that's where you're getting your discount. The methane leak from the hill just a mile away from this house also didnt help.
Beautiful house and u conducted the tour real well with ur dop. Just felt lack of natural light coming in. Kitchen looked like a airplane squeeze passage but no natural light. 1.5 million i belive without furniture? All the best , gr8 work
