This incredible Toll Brothers Model home is part of the Cascade Edition in the Westcliffe Community in Porter Ranch. This estate is a mix of modern and contemporary in a beautiful family home. The starting price of the home begins just under $1.5 million and goes up depending on the finishes and furnishings you would like inside your home and should cost around $2 million or more when complete
This community is completely gated and they are currently building several similar homes in the area with the original lots being sold which is why many of the spaces behind this home are empty.
The location is just a short 2 minute drive to hop on the 118 freeway after exiting through the community gates and a 30 minute drive to the heart of the city.
It is in the North San Fernando Valley in Porter Ranch which is a part of Los Angeles county and there are not many affordable new homes in this price range that you will see anywhere in the LA County!

Love these smaller budget house tours compared to the 4+ mill houses. Seems like something I can realistically picture myself living in. Toll brothers are great too. This one is a bit too dark for my taste, but the layout is great. How much exactly is this particular house? Awesome job again. Keep it up Darren.

This is perfect, I love this house and I think the price was less then how much beautyful it is, in Korea a half smaller then that house is rented with 3 million dollars, per month.. So this is actually really good

With real estate it's location, location, location. And the location of these house is not good. 100+ degrees for half the Summer, strong winds, and with heavy traffic on the 405 Fwy to & from the LA basin for the daily commute... It's a $1 million home on $100K of land... While this size lot in good neighborhood within the LA basin goes for $600K to $1 million.

This is definitely my fave so far. They decorated so well, especially the bedrooms. Love all the different bathrooms tiles. Whenever I watch these videos it makes me wonder why they're for sale. Who would leave these beautiful places? 🙂
My favourite place in this house is the kitchen as I love cooking and the master bedroom and all that goes with it, I'm interested in buying that house.

What a Beautiful house with indescribable space. Dream House. I love the way it was filmed, but I believe you need to use another camera/Lens because every time you have a sunny and bright window/Glass behind you I barely could see the details of that scene. Porter ranch is a great neighborhood but there's a catch. The only reason why you get a discount compared to the rest of The Valley is because of where it's located. Its geography and natural layout causes heat to get trapped during summer and the opposite during winter. With that said, with the non stop running of the AC and Heater, that's where you're getting your discount. The methane leak from the hill just a mile away from this house also didnt help.

My best part is the entrance of the property.
Beautiful house and u conducted the tour real well with ur dop. Just felt lack of natural light coming in. Kitchen looked like a airplane squeeze passage but no natural light. 1.5 million i belive without furniture? All the best , gr8 work

The thing I don’t like that I see a lot is the fact the houses are so damn close together like no privacy. If I’m going to pay that much, I don’t need my neighbors up my ass what’s the point...just saying💁🏼♀️
Understandable but since you think that way, you shouldn't be looking up property that is cookie cutter. supposed to look up RURAL. Or at least look up Palmdale, Lancaster of LA county.
