I do pork steaks I put them in the crockpot with cream mushroom soup over it or bbq sauce and a can of coke cola it comes out tender and good hope you get to feeling better

I have those same tongs🤣 By the way you should not use metal utensils with non stick. It wil scrape the nonstick off. Use wood or plastic(prefer wood). If you use metal you are eating nonstick of the pan with meat. That’s a health risk..ask Che b.
Angel, when you are making this dish it's best to cut the meat first ..( then wash the cutting board and knife ) to cut the pork so you don't get a cross contamination in your food. It seems so simple for this to happen but this how bacteria form and why people get food poisoning in a restaurant
i don't think they have that problem in Japan. the meats are not contaminated. they are very clean there. they don't raise their animals the way USA does (in filth).

@@Untamedlove Hello Sir David I am still using Tabo here in Japan even I am using shower in PH I prefer to use timba and tabo. We have a lot of native chicken and duck in PH. Here in Japan I saw a lizard but not like in PH there’s a lot of lizards 😄😄😄
