I know you think your cleaning, cooking, gardening vlogs are repetitive, but so many of us enjoy them. I love a clean and organized home, and can watch it for hours. I love when my home has been deep cleaned and organized, and honestly I become a little bit crabby if people don't keep it that way. At least keep it clean for a while. I know, nothing lasts forever. hello Giselle!! so good to see you! ahhh Blessed Assurance...an assurance i sometimes must remind myself of. not only does He belong to me,but also i to Him. Girl to have half your energy and dedication would be a miracle!!! so many arthritic aches and pains makes some simpler tasks seem to take for ever!! lol! but through all the "envy" i enjoy your vlogs! beautiful vegetables!! we have had a few mornings in the 30s...brr! did i tell you my fourth great grandchild(girl) will be born a few days after Christmas? i'll have one boy(oldest) and 3 girls. i have been praying salvation and health for my grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great for years. someone prayed for me. i hope this next week will be less busy and you will give us more drone pictures of your lovely valley. say hello to your family and thank them for sharing.

What I like abut it, and what many maybe like about it, is that you are not afraid to be yourself, to be less than perfect, and to be non-judgmental about others. You never appear to be high and mighty. So, don't worry about how long the vlog is, or how perfect it is, we love them just as they are.

Wear plastic gloves when you are cleaning or washing things--and your hands won't crack so much when you go out into the cold with your hands still damp. Use LOTS of hand cream to prevent the cracking before it happens... (Twice a day if need be)

As I saw you making the pumpkin cookies, I smiled - I'm baking a wheat free pumpkin cake as I watch your video. lol Autumn's just full of lovely foods. :)
I have found taking your regular Cookie recipe that contains gluten and converting it to Gluten Free works really well. You will need to add 1/2 teaspoon of Guar Gum or Xanthan gum per cup of flour. (If you leave this out, it will be gritty.) An easy all purpose gf flour is 3 cups rice flour, 2 cups potato starch and 1 cup Tapioca Flour/Starch. (if you want a healthier mix you could put some corn flour, sorghum, amaranth or 'some' chickpea in place of some of the rice flour.............teff and millet might be too earthy for cookies, but great for bread.) With your sensitivity to gluten, you really should wear a mask when you measure out gluten for the colony. Rubbing your hands with a mix of coconut oil and hemp oil might help with the dryness you have in the winter.
Absolutely beautiful vlog. You have a bumper crop for sure. Your poor hands Giselle. Hope you are able to keep them out of water in the cold weather. Are you allowed rubber gloves ? With all those green tomatoes, you should use them for something. Another treatment for dry or cracked hands is to use an ointment like Neutrogena, put on a good amount before going to bed, and cover your hands with cotton gloves and sleep with them on😊
