If i use a full two brothers system with out power commander or re-flashing my ecu would i have any problems? I don’t drive too hard or anything!thank you
You probably won't see any immediate catastrophic problems. It will cause the bike to run leaner and probably hotter. The increased air flow needs additional fuel that can be added through a fuel controller like a Power Commander.
Question: I’m installing a M4 GP19 slip-on onto my 2021 ZX-6r and I’ll be eliminating the cat-converter along with adding the servo buddy. With that being said, is a flash needed? Does it ruin the bike in any way if I go without doing this?
You always want to flash with any slip on and decat. The reason for that is because you’ll start running really lean and you need to get air and fuel ratios corrected
The Catalytic converter is inside of the head pipe. That’s just the “Pre-Muffler” you remove for most of the slip-on’s available on the market today. On ZX6R’s 2013+ the cat is made in to the header, and it cannot be removed unless you #1 punch it out with a long screw driver, or #2 change your stock header. The cat of these bikes is a permanent item built inside/into the exhaust header.

Did you use new header gaskets on the new system and exhaust paste on any of the joints please? Looks and sounds nice that 👌👍😀
Are you hand tightening the bolts or doing actual torque specs
OK BUT HOW MUCH WEIGHT WAS THE OLD HEADERS AND WHATS THE WEIGHT ON THE NEW ONE? How much weight was saved or taken out???
Do you need to flash computer
I am looking for headers for a 2008 model but cant find anything

@@rqkqpq3 this is kind of what I want. A proper flash with no power commander
I have a 2022 zx6r that I just installed a full exhaust on. Does it need to be tuned after installing the exhaust?
Yes it should be. You will get the most out of your purchase that way.
