Love what you’re doing here. I’m currently working on a cert to get a DA job. I have other work experience but what exactly are companies looking for? What does the interview process look like?

I appreciate that! I’d say most companies right now are looking for good problem solving and organizational skills first and foremost. I think the best way to show that off is a good portfolio project where you include some dialogue of your thought process during the project. If you do a couple of these using different tools (excel, sql, etc) that’ll also show you can adapt to whatever system they use.
You can then reference your projects in the interview process when they ask you about your skills. Having clear demonstrations of your work will make it that much easier for them to see how you work.

The more I learn about meta data and its capabilities of how it flows through everything it’s truly mind blowing.
I’m definitely taking this seriously and if you’re interested, I would like to share my projects with you when they are completed to get a second opinion.
