I think your Dad did have a real eye for an image. Family pictures really are so important, the legacy we leave behind has a tangibility in the images we take. Thank you for your videos Ron.

Ron ,I am seriously and I mean seriously impressed with that large print . Can't believe how well that photo turned out from such a small photo. Imagine what your Dad could have done if he had the equipment we have today. To all the young guns out there, I say this is proof you don't need Expensive equipment to get great photos. Well done to your Dad. Great photo fantastic large print.. yes well done👏👏👏 . Best wishes from Ireland

Thanks Ron for sharing your story...yes I remember my first Kodak box camera my mother gave me in 1953 & I really enjoyed taking pics... photography has always been a hobby for me & now in my 80's I wish I had taken more pics of family etc with a more updated camera...I just enjoy being a hobbyist with my DSLR'S but can't get out much nowadays.... cheers from Australia 🦘🦘😊

Great video. I'm about your age and you've encouraged me to go take a look at the photos my dad made as an amateur, but serious, photographer. Thanks for the memories.
