The Hyatt Regency is a perfect hotel for San Francisco visitors. Not only is it a wonderful hotel but it also offers a great location. It is situated right on the Embarcadero near downtown San Francisco which is perfect for travelers like us.
The Hyatt Regency is located just off of the Embarcadero BART stop. That means that it’s easy to get to and from the airport from this hotel. It is also easy to get to many other places in the city that you might want to see.
This hotel is steps away from California Street Cable car stop and is a 4-minute walk to San Francisco’s trolley bus stop and it is surrounded by retail stores as well as historic landmarks.
The Hyatt Regency is located on the Embarcadero, which is right along the water of the San Francisco Bay. Beautiful views and the opportunity to walk along the water here are things people like about this hotel.
This hotel is a stone’s throw away from the Ferry Building and within short walking distance or a quick bus ride to other popular areas like Union Square and Pier 39. It has great on-site dining and is close to a lot of interesting attractions and landmarks.
There are decent restaurants close by along with the one in the hotel and the overall ambience makes us want to return and stay here again.
Chinatown
The Chinatown centered on Grant Avenue and Stockton Street in San Francisco, California, is the oldest Chinatown in North America. Since its establishment in the early 1850s,it has been important and influential in the history and culture of ethnic Chinese immigrants in North America.
SF Chinatown is a large area, densely packed with interesting things to see. Walking through the streets and alleys, checking out different stores and shops of Chinatown is a lot of fun.
This area of Chinatown is called Waverly Place located between Washington and Sacramento street. This stretch is well-known and frequently visited for its beautiful shops, restaurants, architecture, colorful balconies and course the strings of dangling red lanterns.
San Francisco Ferry Building
The San Francisco Ferry Building is a terminal for ferries that travel across the San Francisco Bay, a food hall, and an office building. It is located on The Embarcadero in San Francisco, California and is served by Golden Gate Ferry and San Francisco Bay Ferry routes.
This building is an iconic, historic landmark that acts as the gateway to San Francisco and as a civic gathering place for residents and tourists. The Marketplace offers a vibrant collection of primarily local, independently owned shops and restaurants dedicated to the customers they serve.
So, what makes the Ferry Building a famous landmark in San Francisco? First is its strategic location at the foot of Market Street- the city’s financial, banking and transportation district. Second, is the history as it is the primary portal of the city. Third, is the dramatic architecture and clocktower that served as icons of the San Francisco waterfront for more than 125 years.

great video! Lived my whole life in SF and glad to see it portrayed truthfully. There are some parts of the city that needs to be cleaned up and improved, but that's only a small portion compared to the amazing things to do, explore, and enjoy in the city!

Not sure your last time there but what did you think of condition of the city compared to years ago? Looked better than many videos show it but a fraction of the people on the streets than in the 90s and early 2000s

Thank you for watching the video and leaving us your feedback. We went to San Francisco two months ago. The city is cleaner compared to years ago. There's still a lot of tourists visiting but a lot of the office buildings around Financial District and Embarcadero are closed. We heard a lot of people never came back to their offices after pandemic. Most of them are remote workers now.
