I really enjoy your channel. ❤ I have to say that this episode was a very hard watch. My best friend of 46 plus years ended his life jumping from the Golden Gate. This was back in 2022. While it saddened me a bit, it was also very therapeutic for me. It was a first step for me. My buddy, Darrell, lives in March, Cambridgeshire. I must share this video with him. Whenever he visits, he'll want to experience it first hand. I hope I'll be ready to visit. Keep up the good work! ❤
These videos are great as I have relatives in Ireland and its very difficult to explain how big the states are because they've never been. Thanks guys!
Wow guys, such a bucket list moment and one I would love to do one day. Definitely would hire a car for a drive over the bridge but walking would be more than enough for me.
I driven over the “Forth”, the “Humber” and the “Queen Elizabeth” bridges, walked over “Tower” bridge in London and in the Brooklyn in New York but never driven over or seen “The Golden Gate”Bridge maybe one day for my bucket list. Great vlog guys👌
Excellent video Charlotte and Shawn Sanbrooke from our trip to San Francisco as we check out some of the BEST viewing locations for the iconic Golden Gate Bridge! Along with taking some awesome close up photos of the bridge, we drive across the Golden Gate Bridge and see it from both sides. We then make a stop at Golden Gate Park to see a beautiful windmill! keep the good videos coming on the channel, Charlotte and Shawn Sanbrooke.😀😎😃👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
The weather in San Francisco is always a crap shoot, but in general you have a better chance for sunny views along coastal California in the afternoon. The marine layer that creates grey skies along the coast in the mornings usually burns off by the afternoon. But a full on fog bank on San Francisco Bay is another matter.
Just watching planet of the apes when all the apes escaped and made their way over the golden gate bridge. Looks like a really nice place. Great vid as always.
I lost my home last year and this vlog took me back there. I lived at Ocean Beach and would walk the dog every day in GG Park. Bittersweet video for sure.
Great video. We were told that they constantly have people painting it because as soon as they get to the end the start has to be done again. Must be a horrible job.
The best view of the bridge is from above, Seaplane Adventures in Mill Valley do Seaplane trips around the Bay Area. I did it in September and the views of the bridge were amazing from a thousand feet!
i knew it, i knew it, there had to be someone wearing t shirts and shorts in that cold weather @13:16, the guy behind you Shawn wearing white shirt and black shorts omg he must be hotblooded.
It's definitely a bucket list moment. It's one of those scenes that's worth an early wakeup to get the sunrise.
Loved seeing it
I was there in 2022. It was the exact same road. It was a perfectly clear day with blue skies and very nice weather in April!

It is great that you loved the Golden Gate Bridge. Have been on the Bridge many times over the years. It is always a wonderful experience.
It was great to see it!
Hope you’re having a nice time. Stay safe in SF
We walked the Bridge on our visit back in 2018, Sausalito was a nice place to visit 👍🏼
This is great guys. Myself and my husband will hopefully be there in couple years.
It’s always fun to watch people discovering the standardized parks service bathrooms for the first time lol
They are awful 😂
Great Vlog as always Shawn and Charlotte

Thanks my good old friends. Take care and god bless.
Excellent vlog, Shawn, I love ones like this. I must admit, I didn't know San Francisco had such a big park.
Thank you!

I’m glad that we managed to get some great views in the end!
Great vlog! It reminded me of the view of Brooklyn Bridge (from the Brooklyn side) in New York with the water etc.
Beautiful

I hope you drove passed the house where Mrs Doubtfire was filmed. R.I.P Robin Williams.🕊🕊🕊🕊❤❤❤❤
On the corner of Broadway & Steiner! Definitely worth a stop!

"The Golden Gate Bridge, Its much like the Humber Bridge in Britain only smaller" - Jeremy Clarkson Top Gear
This channel was there too - six years ago 😮😂
There should be a mandatory vomit warning before quoting Jeremy Clarkson. 🤢
It's the most red coloured bridge......In the world!
Love the Humber Bridge!
first the matterhorn now the golden gate bridge, unluckyy
Beautiful to see it
Great video. We were told that they constantly have people painting it because as soon as they get to the end the start has to be done again. Must be a horrible job.
2nd 🥈
hey Hans how you doing? I donated Shawn and Charlotte $50 last video
@@DanielKing-dk5nr I’m doing fine thanks. I noticed it that you donated money to theme park worldwide
Next time you are here you must visit The Winchester Mystery House
It seems most of the NPS locations, beyond the 50-odd core national parks, that they tend to be more often free to access than not
The best view of the bridge is from above, Seaplane Adventures in Mill Valley do Seaplane trips around the Bay Area. I did it in September and the views of the bridge were amazing from a thousand feet!
Definitely something for next time!
8:29 Kind of like New Jersey, but in that case you pay to leave (at least into the Philadelphia or on I-95)
You actually got the traditional view of the bridge with the fog.
This is remind me from the film vertigo
i knew it, i knew it, there had to be someone wearing t shirts and shorts in that cold weather @13:16, the guy behind you Shawn wearing white shirt and black shorts omg he must be hotblooded.
What was your best part of the bridge
20:15 if it weren't for the windmill, I'd think you'd ended up in Auckland. Watched too much late era Power Rangers
Em...looks red to me
omg poor Charlotte wearing shorts while looking at the golden gate bridge, she would have been freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeezing.
Nearly as nice as the Humber Bridge lol
Love the Humber Bridge!
Forth Road Bridge is better
Love that bridge!
