  • You wanted this recipe, viewed more than a million times, to be made in small quantities, so today I made it for you with 1 kg of flour.  You can adjust the weight according to your needs. In this recipe, for the gilding, I did not add eggs to the mixture, it's for those who don't like eggs 😊
    Ingredients for the recipe:
    500 g of lukewarm water
    250 g of milk
    10 grams of yeast
    40 ml of oil
    1kg of flour
    1 and a half teaspoon of salt
    For the gilding:
    A tablespoon of yogurt
    10 ml of oil
    Take the ingredients required for the dough in a deep bowl and then knead a nice dough by folding it inwards as seen in the video and let it ferment.
    Take the fermented dough into pieces of the desired size ( 14 pieces are between 125 grams and 130 grams) and let it rest again for 30 minutes.
    Place the rested dough on the baking sheet, shape it by pressing it lightly and apply the yogurt mixture.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 250° for 10 minutes.
