Our Golden chair motor mechanism broke after a year and it was very difficult to get the correct parts to repair it. No more Golden for us.

@Dizzytoledo It is the exact same way at Goldentech here in Canada. The owner is a nice guy but the GM is a micromanaging, borderline psychopathic prick. They care about money above all else, and to hell with the employees.
