Your dioramas are sensacional!!! I watched all your videos and each one impressed me even more. I started doing little dioramas this year and your videos are a big inspiration to me. I have one question about the painting in this one. When you are painting with white color, to give the diorama that "old/ancient stones" effect, after the darker layers you do little strokes with just a few white on brush or do strokes with the brush full of white? Keep the good work, they are insane!
+Fonfifafo Thanks for your comments. The white with little strokes the brush just needs to have residue of white. So you need to brush off as much as you can in another surface and then apply to the diorama

Yeah, it turned out to be bigger than i expected hahahah I just put two or three myth cloths at same time, if i use all the scenario it could fit around 6/7 of the 1.0 Myth Cloth (using the front of the palace, stairs and inside the roof). But i think if you put them really close, it could fit a few more.

+Butarro thanks. idealy you would require a static grass applicator and the grass that goes with it. if you dont have the applicator use a kitchen siever

+Zolo-kun Merci l'ami. 15 decors en poly et 1 en resine a ce jour, Celui qui m as pris le plus de temps c'est celui en resine car j'ai eu quelques louper. Ensuite pour ceux en poly c'est celui du cancer car ca m as pris pas mal de temps de sculpter toutes les tetes individuelement. en moyenne un decor il faut compte une trentaines d'heures et apres selon la dificulter ca se ralonge :D

Hi Alfonso, Thanks. I'm using acrylic paint. Most of the brands are ok and the one i use the most is Reeves or Pebeo but u can also use a cheapper version if you have a big surface to cover

any tips on how to best do the cracks on the floor with the polystyrene and roller pen? I really tried and they didn't come out realist at all. Also then I use the pen i get little balls that sometimes comes out of it instead of a "clean" cut. Any tips? Also ... We need more videos dude. I'm working on two dioramas and they are all based on your videos :)
Hi Fabio, Are you using extruded polystyrene? Usually it's important that you sand the slabs before you place them so you get a smooth surface and then you just need to draw the cracks by pressing just a little bit. Also important dont do the stone pressing before you draw the cracks. About the videos i appologize i did not get much time this past year but i have a few works in prep that i need to finish. If you have more questions dont hesitate.
Yes I'm using extruded polystyrene, I've found very cheap 1/2" sheets at my local hardware store. They use it for insulation :) I didn't send the slabs before trying to make the cracks with the pen, I cut them with a bandsaw and the teeth marks left worked great for a "worn out" look so I didn't sand it. Any how, the only problem I really had was the that. Not sure why. Do you have any other methods of doing those cracks you would suggest? Thanks for videos and I can wait for the others.

Hey David, The machine is called Proxxon thermocut. I can do some work for u but u have to take into account that i'm located in Ireland and for things that side it's 50 euro in shipping alone. If u still interested i can do some custom work but considering the time and material it will cost u a lot around 150 per sets shipping included. If u want to do setups urself i'll be glad to help out in any way i can. but if u want one ready i can't really under price it. +MYTHVIDZ en mi país lo pude encontrar pero es de color rosa y lo llaman formular , el que usa de color café es el mismo solo que de otro color ?
Puede haber una pequeña diferencia entre las marcas y textura, pero en su mayoría son de la misma. El mío se llama XPS FIBRAN

ah cool. try to sand it before you do the cracks but use a very thin grain of sand paper you dont want to damage the surface
