I feel like Artie's singing went under the radar while the show was on and think it has to do with the fact that in the show not once was he praised for his voice the way Rachel, Finn, Blaine, Santana and mercedes where even though his voice was just as strong as theirs (stronger than some of the previously mentioned, in my opinion)

I mean even though Tina in this season sucked and she hurt Artie in this episode she did kinda kill her part. Like she doesn’t has the chance to sing often and she did good, I was surprised. I think everyone forgot how unreasonable artie was in this episode. He got into his dream school and Tina was really concerned about not getting into her college. Getting valedictorian would’ve almost 100% guaranteed her acceptance but artie WOULDNT give it up for Tina. The chair thing was an accident and she was really apologetic about it
Why should Artie give up something he worked hard for because Tina screwed up. She had 0 right to push him out of chair and this song was competing for nationals solo. Artie made it clear he applied to few colleges.

It is perfectly valid Artie worked hard. Tina didn't apply to more tjen kne college till week before she graduated literally cause Artie told her that was a mistake. Tina's mistakes doesn't mean Artie should take fall for her. With jer demanding ot made him less willing. Artie had right to want what he earned. He got into his dream school by applying to bunch of schools early and even then it's his back up dream because he'll never be dancer like he wants to.

As the tension between them gets personal, Will goes to separate them and says, "And now it's time for a break-down".
The New Directions get up and go to assist them in dancing with Tina and Artie.
Then, Tina comes and pushes Artie in his wheelchair, as Artie looks back and at Tina, Tina ends up pushing him out of his wheelchair, which makes him fall on the ground as everyone else was shocked and surprised. After all that, the music stops abruptly.
Tina quickly moves back and gasps while the others go to help Artie back on his wheelchair.
Artie looks around as he is on the floor as Will, Sam and Ryder go to help him.
Tina says to Artie, "Artie, I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to."

I think everyone forgot how unreasonable artie was in this episode. He got into his dream school and Tina was really concerned about not getting into her college. Getting valedictorian would’ve almost 100% guaranteed her acceptance but artie WOULDNT give it up for Tina. The chair thing was an accident and she was really apologetic about it

Tina deserves it more, she was ignored by schue for three years, and waited patiently and yet still didn’t get what she deserved.
