These pogroms were initiated by Islamic extremists from "Birlik" and supported by Uzbekistan's government. In the morning of the next day, my neighbor, he was uzbek, told me: "don't leave your home, I will bring you whatever you need. I know what happened yesterday night and it is dangerous for you and your family. Don't move and stay at home". I was not able to stay at home because my parents lived in Yangi bazar and all the phones were disconnected. I was not able to call them to ask if they are alive. I am Bukharian born in Bukhara. What has been said about B Jews is true there is only a small minority of Jews left in here mainly old people and they do not want to move out of their own home since they love it 😍. Anyway it is good know know that there are many Bukharians scattered all around the world.
