Hey everyone Is it possible to create a service calendar in 2 steps? It's about a business that has 3 locations. I would like to have the option of selecting the different locations in the first step of the calendar and then the different services in the second step. However, I also want to assign the employees to the different locations, is that also possible? In other words, if the customer selects one location and the service, he should only be able to select the employees who also work at this location Do any of you have an idea how to implement this? I'm not really getting anywhere.. I have now considered simply storing the locations as groups, but is it possible to embed the service menu in the website? Somehow I only manage to maintain the individual calendars on the site, but I would like to have the service menu instead, as you can choose between the groups here

Is there a way to add the calendar link inside an email in GHL? Like in Hubspot, you can be creating an email, and just click on meeting link, and it will allow you to insert the link right into the email, without having to go and hunt down the calendar link and copy and paste it. Thanks!
When going into the availability, the calendar doesn’t have the 7 day week calendar that you can customize. I edited it to my preferences under the Staff profile but can’t find it for the calendar - this is causing my funnel calendar to display incorrect times. Any solutions?
hi, why can't let the system to set the minimum schedule notice by the custom dates? if i set these version i need also that the customer cannot appoint 5 minutes before the event... so thats nonsense if i cant set the days. thanks
Hey sorry I’m not quite sure if I fully understand your question, but what I’m getting is you want to set custom dates and have reminders before the appointment for emails and reminders
To do that it’s very easy just simply setup your calander and the connect a workflow to it where you set wait times prior your appointments to like 5 mins before to send an email for reminders, you can set these dates to whatever you want

Is this possible to integrate the Calendly calendar into the GHL? I have embedded the calendly calendar booking page on the GHL Funnel. It's the final step in my funnel so I'm having trouble choosing the calendar (it doesn't show in the automation) when I go to build the appointment confirmation & reminder automation. I need to set the automation to the calendly booking page because it's where the customers book the appointments.
Yup I sure do depends on what they need but they usually fall under my 97 or 297 plans, if they want me to also do sfc or fb ads I will charge around 2000 for the whole package

A customer needs to be able to book in a specific language and the interpreters in that language will get notified and will be able to accept. How do I do it?
hmmm by the sounds of it it would be do it via round robin booking, that way they can choose what language they want and if the interpretor has time with it then they will be able to book

thats a great question, yes you can change your language preferences by going into your sub account ->settings -> business profile -> on the right scroll down till you see platform language and you can change it to German!

hmmmm honestly sorry man I dont think you have an option to do that completely automated, unless reschedule/cancel themselves, if its a no show you just gotta do it manually
You may need to be abit more specific, but you can defs charge based on specific services you just need to change what you clients have access to within the subaccounts

I need help, I have a client who does massaging, I am creating a booking calendar but my client has different services that last different times. Some massages are 30 minutes others are an hour etc, I feel like the calendar you can only have 1 specific Slot Duration. I don’t want my client to lose time if one of his client purchase a 30 minute service but the calendar can only be set to 1 hour Slot Duration. I hope that makes sense, thank you in advance

The best way I could think of if you wanted to do this is creating a seperate calander for each of these events (company activites) the group them together using the group calander function into 1 calander for people to book.

Yup! easiest way would just be adding the calander link as a custom value, so when you write the email you can use the custom value

There is a option in the calander saying allow bookings eg 14 days in the future just toggle that on :)

Yes you can! The easiest way would just do it through zapier, but honestly i would just use the GHL calander much easier

Not a stupid question fully valid :) yup correct! You can also create a calander for yourself if you wish to book in clients for sales calls etc

Thats a great question! so to do that you will have to create multiple calanders and then make them into a group.
