I'm on the highest version. Depending on what stage someone is at, I most likely wouldn't recommend it. My premium clients (done for you service clients) don't even use it lol. It's the people that use my SaaS only are the ones I need it for :)

hey quin was there a spefic reason why you stop working with real estate agent and went over to invetors. because i been thinking about a niche i want to target, i have been leaning toward real estate since i been around it. but not sure if i want to target agents or investors.
I worked with an investor who made $600k profit with my system. Once I saw that I made the adjustment, we still work with agents too, however we only find off-market properties (Sellers) not buyers.

The main different is the number of sub-accounts you can create, and the ability to create your own software business.
