    INGREDIENTS
    For potato boiling:
    Potatoes 1/2 kg
    salt 1 tbsp
    For batter:
    all purpose flour 1/2 cup.
    cornflour 1/4 cup
    Orange red colour 1 pinch
    chicken powder 1 tsp
    whole spices powder 1/2 tsp
    salt 1 tsp
    red chilli powder 1 tsp
    For gravy/sauce
    Finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp
    green chillies chopped 2-3
    onion medium sized one chopped
    ketchup 6 tbsp
    vinegar 3 tbsp
    soy sauce 2 tbsp
    chicken cube 1
    water 1 cup
    cornflour 1 tbsp
    capsicum 1/2 cut in cubes
    Spring onion for garnish
    METHOD:
    For boiling potatoes cut pototoes in square and put in boiling water. boil gor 3 minutes, must be cooked 60%
    for batter, aterdd all purpose flour , cornflour ans spices in a bowl.
    add water gradually and make a battter.
    for frying:
    heat oil in a pan and dip potatoes in batter and deep fry pototoes.
    fry for 2 minutes, take out and then refry the potatoes in hot oil for more crispiness
    for sauce add oil, garlic and green chillies in a pan. saute for 35 sec, then add onions. after onions soften add ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, chicken cube. mix well, then add cornflour dissoled in 2 tbsp water. mix well until sauce thickens. add potatoes, and now mix. after that, add capsicum, turn off flame. add spring onions. and Potato manchurian is ready
