Ok I’m at 3:34 and I just have to pause it. As a former Hotel Housekeeper THEY SHOULD NOT ENTER YOUR ROOM WITH A DND SIGN. If they are they are invading your privacy and it’s likely that their boss is unaware they are doing this. I know personally every time I saw someone had theirs on it made my day infinitely better, because it meant that there was one less room on my 45-65 room list.

The same thing happened to us at the Hotel. Except we got upgraded, but still with one bed. It made it pretty bad... they never brought a rollaway or anything though.

Just wanna know a spoof of the hotel so I know which one to not go to. Idk if there's a liability thing you have just as a guest of the hotel but if you don't, put them on blast. Usually one call to corporate should have been...enough? But also you shouldn't have had to call corporate periodt

Omg that literally just happened to us last friday!! We went to matsuricon and our hotel charged us over 600 and gave our room keys to strangers. I'm still missing 400 that they have yet to return :'(

I work at a hotel and it is a fire hazard!! That's awful that they wouldn't accommodate you after THEY messed up?? And they should not be entering for that reason either haha ah!! We have a lot of people who ask for DND because they work overnights and want to sleep in, so the housekeepers don't touch their room period. That's crazy !!
