The Horizontal Winding Machines are designed to obtain, from one or multiple flat wire conductors or CTC in parallel, windings for the manufacture of larger distribution and power electric transformers.
The machines are suitable to be used for layer winding system, as well as disc winding system and helical winding system.
These equipments are fitted with all necessary accessories for decoiling, tensioning and compacting the conductors in use for a final compact winding of high standard quality.
The pressing device with (radial and axial forces) is intended to guide and press the coils of the conductor, to produce precise and compact coils.
Pressing Device is used for a compact and tight coil. The coil is pressed both radially and axially during the winding process, and the pressing force is adjustable per the customer’s requirement. The Pressing Device assists the technician in winding the coil with ease resulting in improved productivity and a higher quality winding.
