u can crash mirrorjade into chaos angel and later destory chaos angel with the mirrorjade effect right? a guy in locals kept saying it was an activated monster effect so i couldnt

It works like you said, it's not an activated monster effect, rather it's a game effect, so it outs Chaos Angel.
