    This sheriff is really something. I don’t live in Florida, but I imagine he’s deeply respected and trusted by the public who elected him. Just from him speaking you can tell he’s trustworthy.

    • @MarcosElMalo2
      @MarcosElMalo2 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +22

      He’s a very good cop and an even better politician. That’s not necessarily a bad thing. He loves the camera and he’s very good communicating to the press and the public. Despite being in love with the camera, he’s also generous with sharing the spotlight and sharing credit.
      Just remember, a sheriff is both an elected politician and a leader of a law enforcement agency. Never forget the politician part, even as you praise him for being a good cop and a good leader of cops. And I’ll tell you what, I respect and admire his political skills as well as his LE skills.

      What do you mean? Grady abides by the constitution as any law enforcement official is supposed to. Is that what you mean by upholding the constitution? I guess it’s praiseworthy in this day and age when members of law enforcement do their jobs diligently without violating anyone’s constitutional rights.
      But I’m not sure why you think this has anything to do with Grady Judd’s press conference. I’m trying real hard to understand your point, but I’m thinking that maybe you don’t understand very much about the Constitution, state laws, and federal laws. Grady’s deputies don’t run around enforcing the constitutional. They go after the breakers of criminal laws (state level) almost all of the time. If a federal law has been broken, they hand that off to the Feds, usually after the criminal case has been prosecuted at the state level.
      Sheriffs only uphold the constitution when they abide by the limits the constitution puts on them. But that’s something all policing agencies are supposed to do, and you might be shocked to learn, almost all of them do. So the high praise you’re heaping on the estimable Sheriff Grady Judd seems weird and out of place. Praise him for his diligence. Praise him for his leadership. Praise him for his folksy, aw shucks press conferences (and his exceptional communications skills). But for upholding the constitution, something every LE agency does? I don’t get it.
      I hope you’re not one of those nut cases that believes “Constitutional Sheriffs” are a thing in the U.S. Constitution.

    • @MarcosElMalo2
      @MarcosElMalo2 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@MistaCen No law enforcement agency wants its officers to violate the Constitution, because cases get thrown out. Even if they don’t get thrown out, constitutional violations make cases harder to prosecute.

    I was born in Polk county, I lived in Ft. Meade, but moved to Georgia early on. Went back from time to time to visit my grandmother, have good memories from there. Helping her pick oranges, walking by train tracks on a dirt road. Glad they have a Sheriff like Grady Judd.

    This is a scary state of affairs with these perverted school teachers both men and women. Disgraceful. Why aren't these teachers thourouly screened before taking these positions!?!?

    • @captainspock6221

      because they are desperate for teachers, all the good teachers are leaving the state because of 'don't say gay' laws and book banning.

      How can they be screened if they have no convictions? They would obviously say the right thing on a psychological screening profile.

    The fact that this country allows known gangs to exist shows how much we really care about our citizens. There needs to be major changes to the constitution when it protects gang members just as it protects the mafia and all other criminal organizations. There should be no known gangs, this is insane.

      You’re correct we “could” clean up this Country & protect our borders but the “establishment” wont allow it.

    My cousin is a teacher in Florida. She is certified with several years of professional experience. When I hear these dudes being called teachers, I cringe because it sounds to me like they are bottom of the barrel citizens that somehow got into classrooms by mistake!! I am guessing they didn’t even have a full college degree but got plopped into a classroom because not enough people care to teach in the state of Florida. So if you are there in Florida,and your child has a decent teacher, please be gracious to them or your kid could end up with someone like these dudes!!

      When I moved to Oklahoma the secretary asked me to be a substitute and I told her oh I’m sorry I don’t have any college for that.
      She said oh you don’t worry about it all you need is fingerprints for a background check.
      If I remember right there is a max amount if hours you can work in a 1 month period.

    Just think of what our police dept. could accomplish in solving actual crimes against the public if they weren't overwhelmed with dealing with stuff like this. Gangs killing each other and it all has to be "investigated". Tell it like it is, Sheriff Judd.
