Medic pick=amazing
The result of what he did was very important and amazing, but all he did was click on the medic's back. The play itself did not take much skill, which is what people are bashing on. Its not like he was doing something insane or really sneaky, he just walked out of a window, clicked someone's back and then died immediately. Great results, play was not that skillful.
yeah it requires a little skill but most of the timing is just luck with how much meds move around

TF2 offers the most satisfying kills out of every single game I know.Every airshot, reflect kill or medic pick makes me grow a lil bit on the inside every time.
These scout gameplays are amazing. The scout is by far my favorite class because of his mobility and because he's difficult to play. These vids always give me motivation to play TF2 and get better and better :P
That clip with the whole team is awesome, good part of the song to do it in too.

I found that part to be interesting because we were able to see the same match from different perspectives.

How to make an epic montage (Not like those CoD kids)
- Do not use dubsteb ✓
- Do not change the speed of the video (I you must, I prefer slowing it than speeding it up) ✓
- Include epic kills ✓
- Don't add annoying LSD color filters ✓

meh, that's epic in your opinion, here are some changes
-music: nothing dull, nothing annoying to the majority of people (most dubstep is ok)
-speed: agreed, obviously
-kills: also obvious (why would this even be a point)
-colour filters: to be safe, no filters that distort, blur, tint the actual gameplay footage.

The underwater headshot was pretty cool
Explosives are the hardest things for a scout to avoid because of the blast radius. That's why the anti-class of the scout is the soldier in general (demoman is also considerable because stickies are ridiculously effective against them, but not as powerful or fast moving as rockets). Whether it's a roamer or a pocket doesn't matter. A soldier won't ALWAYS beat a scout in a DM, but it's more of an accomplishment for a scout to take out a soldier than vice versa.
There really needs to be more games with the doom/quake feel. They all age perfectly and will last for decades.

Not to mention that Medic dropped the Uber, which letting Blu team to have a huge advantage.

forcing uber drops are the best feeling in the world next to airshots.
Soldiers are well known as an anti-scout class, in and out of comp. Sure, their main goal may not be "kill scouts and nothing but scouts" but as a match up, soldiers clearly have the upper-hand.

You can record "Point of View" Demos locally, (install prec or just write "record demoname"), or you can record sourcetv demos, for that sourcetv has to be installed and you need rcon, writing "rcon tv_record demoname"

really awesome video one thing that stuck out to me was that gravelpit push on last that was the same push from 3-4 different perspectives was really well done.
one complaint only one medic clip (from segment stated above) and it was one lousy kill :( but that's not the editors fault.

Depends. A scout can dodge the rockets from a roamer which is why I specified pocket as the anti-scout. Though, saying that, they can only dodge effectively outside
unless something better comes out that has the same vibe but i can't see that happening, at least for a very long time. I mean the game has it's own charm there's nothing that feels quite like it.

Actually, the anti-scout classes in 6's are the scouts themselves and the pocket. I think he was roamer, but I can't be sure because he had a freaking shotgun but wasn't near the med (yes, he was ubering, but there is a big enogh chance he may have been pushed back by stickies)

yes, theres a tool called lawrina wich boosts tf2 grapics to the max, you can edit skyboxes & huds too with this tool. But be warned...this was made for videomaking not for playing. Valve itslef removed the super high settings from the tf2 options menu since they led to huge performance problems for pretty much everyone. You can still acces them per console or as i said, lawrina
