I'm probably going to get hate on the coffee so I'm going to address that first. I just started drinking coffee and fresh ground coffee gives me jitters. I make a mocha blend of cocoa powder and freeze dried coffee so I can ease into drinking it without feeling sick.
Actually not even PE class. It's just regular exercise classes I do with the kids. They get 1 PE class (25 minutes) a WEEK! When we did our statistics lesson I got them to record their physical activity for me and some got at most 30 minutes a day. So I started taking the initiative to exercise with them daily and they really enjoy it. We actually started face to face again on the 3rd of May. This was shot right before we came back.
