- I love the gamble not knowing if the boot sale is on or not the night before.
It may put the sellers for but it definitely puts the buyers off, especially those that travel a distance. It means more bargains to find to resell on ebay for profit

The weather kept me at home this weekend, but as a bonus, it did give me time to do some listing. Three of those items I listed sold the same day.

Lovley micro machines pick up at the end , great stuff Really nice sales too . I have a mini dv camcorder boxed with all bits but i keep putting off listing it . its the testing etc . Have a lovely holiday nice to refresh the batteries 👍

One reason why people buy old camcorders is to watch all their old tapes that they haven’t transferred over to newer media. I have a few old ones which are started / have malfunctioned. Tough opening match against Norwich!

Cheers Brad. It's difficult to know where ro take the collection. My aim is to get a version of every character but I want that version to look good e.g. I've got a modern hound but don't like the look of it. I keep my best ones inside too... no masterpieces getting anywhere near the garage 😂
@@MasterofPieces Ah don't blame you keeping the expensive stuff safer 👍 Classics Hound might be a good one if you wanted an Earth style Jeep. A few years older but he's better looking than the Siege one.
Glad the weather held out for you, sure looked pretty murky looking over the water today! I've gotten used to you walking around in brilliant sunshine! Just goes to show a small car boot does not necessarily mean there's less to find, particularly when the competition is reduced. A bit off-topic, but do you find you easily reach the limit of your eBay shop each month? I do wish there was an in-between option between basic shop (250) and whatever the next category is called (1500) to satisfy us part-timers!
Was about 15 degrees cooler than last week too. I go over the basic limit every month... I've got about 420 items listed and keep around there. Not enough to justify the next bracket

i'm am an expert camera and filmcamera seller, and there is the money for sure! To answer your question, they buy the Video 8, hi8, digital 8 camcorders to digitalize there old little tapes from the past. You need a recorder to get the footoage on a hraddiscrecorder or on a laptop. Sometimes pro digitalizers buy the camcorder for there business in digitalizing... I have digitalzied tapes for people in the past, you can ask about 5-12.50 for one tape to digitalize. If they come with a big stack of old tapes, you know the money is coming in!
