That is some insane power on those motors. It's nice to see someone building something that accually is going to be used and not be like a one time use for fun.

Are you guys going to release a buyable package ready to mount on a boat?

      Hi @robertkint8751 !
Thanks for dropping by! Kits/packages will be released around the same time as the airboats, which is preliminarily end of August, during September, if everything goes to plan👍
      Have a great day,!
      /John

Does the owner plan in putting bigger batteries in it? At 44kw discharge why the double motor set up when each is 80kw peak 40kw continous?

Hi @feedurheadhesaid! Quite purely the possibility of upgrading in the future, but redundancy, but also the option of more headroom initially because we were a little unsure as to just how well it would work. 👍Have a great day, and cheers for watching! 🍻Regards John

@johndehosson ah makes sense. If you did it again what would you change if anything about this set up?

@@feedurheadhesaid For my part, I would just add batteries to run it at max capacity to blow it outta the lake 😅 Otherwise the setup is great. With a couple of tweaks it'll be offered on our (new updatrd) website next week 👍

should you not have a heavy shield between prop and back battery?

Hi @solarsteelpontoonhouseboatrebuild! The battery case is made of steel, and the packs are also explosion proof, a manufacturing prerequisite. The carbon propeller also explosion proof (nothing we've tested yet😂), so the chance of something piercing the battery pack should be absolutely minimal.
