    Nice to see you back in Mexico!! Puerto Vallarta is my favorite beach town in Mexico.

    After living together for 17 years. I married this woman at Villa del Palmar Flamingos in Nuevo Vallarta this past December 2022. Before meeting me she had never gone to Mexico. We have now visited Puerto Vallarta 9 times. Beautiful city I agree. I have visited Cabo San Lucas over 20 times since the 80s. I am a little tired of the area, really for young folk. Loreto is becoming my second best location because of the waters. Great video, thanks.

      I liked Loreto a lot too and it's nice to be able to get to Mulege and Bahia Concepcion from there too, two very magical places!

    It's been almost just over 1 year ago when I was on vacation in PV, loved it! Watching this brought back my cravings of local ceviche!

    Thank you, Laura! Just came back from our time in Sayulita. Lots of people.

      Yes, I love Sayulita, but I prefer to base myself elsewhere and come in for the day. It has gotten VERY busy in the last few years.

    With all the Americans moving to Puerto Vallarta, visiting by plane, or by cruise ship, hasn't the city become expensive, compared to less popular places in Mexico. It must be beautiful in many aspects but I would imagine that it would be hard to get an authentic Mexican experience there. I wonder if you would even need to speak Spanish. Mazatlán, Cabo de San Lucas, Ajijic, San Miguel de Allende, Cozumel, and Cancún are other places that get their monolingual, well-off tourists. Not my cup of tea but to each his own. Back in the day, we made several visits to San Blas, Nayarit, which was just a sleepy village with few amenities. It never became popular, perhaps because it never had those big four-star all-inclusive hotels and even today can only be reached by car or bus. I do miss it though.

    I love watching your videos. My husband and I just returned from yet another amazing trip to Puerto Vallarta. One thing I’d recommend if you haven’t already done it or even if you have. Take the bus to Boca de Tamatlan and then a water taxi to Las Ánimas. You can even walk it but it’s a two hour walk vs a 15 min water taxi. Talk about a beautiful piece of heaven! We fell in love with this beach Paradise and can’t wait to visit there again! Had a delicious fish lunch and margaritas on the beach 🏖️ and just relax and enjoyed the beauty!

      Yes! I forgot to mention that area too, such beautiful beaches over there and they make for a really fun day trip. I love Yelapa, too which similarly you can hop on a boat from Boca de Tomatlan. This area just has so much beauty :)

      @@laura-bronner Yes, Yelapa is very beautiful and one of our very favorite places to go on a day trip and get lost for the day!

      I wish we had more time and we sort of intended to take a little road trip through Nayarit, but we were just enjoying time at the beach and relaxing so much we spent the entire week doing pretty much just that! Hoping to get back towards the end of this year again for a longer trip!

    Have you ever been to Cozumel? Great island for snorkeling and diving. Our son and daughter in law own the best sushi restaurant there called Cozumel Dreaming.

    • @laura-bronner
      @laura-bronner  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I haven't been to Cozumel! It's on my list, it looks like such an amazing place, but it's hard to avoid the west coast for me, I mostly prefer it over the Caribbean coast.
