Thank you for this demonstration of the upright vacuum cleaner,it helped me immensely with my own one. I already knew about the filter and how to clean it,but it was nice knowing how to use the on board tools and the correct setting to place the cleaner on to use them.
Thanks for your helpful videos. I bought this and it has just arrived (a new refurb) but there was no short hose, just the top inlet swivelled 180 (pointing upwards) and the long hose connected around. I was a bit worried but it is really good. I hoovered yesterday with the Hoover freemotion (bagged, cylinder, non electric wand) and used this today and it has collected a huge amount of dust! I'm amazed and thanks for your helpful review and unboxing...
I don't know about anyone else, but when I swap the short hose for the extension one and fire up the attachment, a plume of dust flies into the air and fills the room! This, even on the top height setting, as recommended in the manual. Good vid, by the way. Thank you.
I have this problem too, its like they forgot to give us a part to block the tube bit at the side bit of the hoover when switching to the extension tube
Applause! Actually, I quite like the blue and black colour scheme. I imagine one could buy an additional wand and bare floor brush to get better cleaning of hard floors.
Brian Torobin I think any 32mm sized floor tool would fit the tubes on this cleaner and some Hoover uprights do come with a hard floor brush which is better for cleaning hard floors than the upright.
I have an issue regarding the short plastic tube that you detach at 16:29. When the top end is left unattached, it actually then blows out dust from the hoover. It don't know how to block it; no caps were provided.
Do they still make this model ? Can only come across the hoover breeze model which looks similar but hoover breeze as alot of bad reviews getting blocked ect..
This video is 7 years old, I don’t have the cleaner now and it’s no longer available. There will be an unboxing video of this machine on the channel where I am sure I will mention the wattage. This model is similar to the Hoover Breeze but I can’t say if the wattage varies.
This is a very good quality to value product BUT it suffers from terrible design allowing dirt each use. It should have a screen around the filter at tangential inlet to the cylinder pushing dirt around wall not towards the filter. apart from that it's a great product.
Its shit dust flies out every time I plug it into use and turn it on to use I've done everything you've said Rodger there's more dust after hoovering than there was in the first place my god what a waste of money thank you for the video
my aunt got this then she switched it o n & it made a loude grinding sound withthe brush then an euro coin got stuck in its bend tube untill i tryed getting it out i nudged it so asume its susction sucked it into the bin
Please can you help...I'm doing something wrong! When I put the long hose in to clean the stairs, all the dust blows out of the lower 'short hose' connector. I see someone else has made the same comment below.
+Anita Broad I have never experience that myself, but the dust could be the residue dirt that has collcted inside the hose. As long as you're getting suction through the long hose, I don't think it's anything to worry about.
+ibaisaic Hi, thanks for the swift reply! I thought that too (about the residue in the hose) but it's way too much dust for that. And it doesn't stop. In the end I put a bag loosely over the top of the open outlet/connector, at least to stop it going back into the air/room. I was doing the stairs, using the pets attachment. I do get suction through the long hose, but it seems counter-productive to have significant amounts of dust blowing back out. It's a new Hoover by the way, so I was using it for the first time. Other than that it's a great Hoover. Thanks for your help.
Anita Broad mine does this exact same thing!! The entire hoover is completely white with dust after I've hoovered, it's literally spitting out the dust from that hole as your hoovering! I'm returning mine tomorrow, so upset as the hoover itself is great, fab suction but this is clearly a massive flaw in the machine
Same here! I wish I'd returned mine. As you say great suction and performance otherwise. I put a small plastic bag over the outlet to collect the dust spraying out. :(
same here Anita .... the main reason for watching this video was I wanted to see how he is actually using the short connector while cleaning because I also faced the same problem with the dust coming out of the short hose connector..this is the major drawback of this machine :( i just put my one hand on it while cleaning :) but thanks for sharing your idea of putting a bag on it :)
Worst hoover i have ever had, blows dust out when your using the hose, so you have to plug the hole, simply falls over backwards and sideways the pet hair needs air flow to work when you put it on the sofa it stops, the extension hose won't stay wrapped around the machine wobbles, did'ent give mine hoover away, threw it away,
DONT'T BUY. It's only good for carpets, and only good for it because the brush spins to help with the weak power of the actual motor. You will go insane vacuuming hard floors. Forget about vacuuming the stairs as the motor isn't strong enough to suck up anything.
Then it's blocked because I've had one of these for 6 years and has never failed me and it picks up everything of stairs carpets and hard floors cars ext

my mum would love this hoover, she's obsessed with cleaning.

We always used our Hoover upright cleaners on our ceramic tiled kitchen floor without any damage.
Greenstead Yes, but a ceramic tiled floor is far more durable than say a cushioned vinyl floor which can be damaged by some upright cleaners.
Roger, you should be a door-to-door vacuum salesman in the United Kingdom.
I got a second hand one of these fourty pounds works like a dream
Love my hoover ❤
Same
Yes it's 👍 for me Roger not bad in my Eyes for the money great Job🍻

Yep, mine too.

If you want to wash the windows how to you add water in it?
Applause! Actually, I quite like the blue and black colour scheme. I imagine one could buy an additional wand and bare floor brush to get better cleaning of hard floors.

I looked at instructions but how do you get it on the motor spindle
I quite liked this review. I still can't see the value of bagless, though.
Why do you say so? Bags can be expensive
Yes I hate bagless
Saves you money from getting bags

Very helpful. Thank you!

It’s a horrendous job trying to get a new belt over the spindle.
what power is this please (in watts)? Is the Hoover Breeze the same machine or is is a lower wattage than this?

Show us how to put the rubber belt back on!
As you asked so nicely, how could I refuse.
Thank you 🙏🏽
Hello, could you please confirm whether this vacuum is "HOOVER MODEL TH71/BL02001"? Many thanks!
Yes it is.
@@ibaisaic thank you so much!

apart from that it's a great product.
What about wood flooring? 12mm thick?
GREATTTT review
,li am your fan
I think this vacuum cleaner is good on hard floors good but use setting four which is for shaggy carpet so it sucks better
0w0here does the extension hose fit into
Does it use MULTIPLE CYCLONIC action? Is this model available in Canada?
No and no.
Its shit dust flies out every time I plug it into use and turn it on to use I've done everything you've said Rodger there's more dust after hoovering than there was in the first place my god what a waste of money thank you for the video
I saw the bloops
Do you think this is good for a 2 bedroom house its a small house too?
Eric Antoniou It's quite compact and lightweight, so would be OK for a small home with mainly carpeted floors.
my aunt got this then she switched it o n & it made a loude grinding sound withthe brush then an euro coin got stuck in its bend tube untill i tryed getting it out i nudged it so asume its susction sucked it into the bin
What’s the watts?
This hoover is awesome sucks so good 👌

Wow
I have one of these and the brushbar started smoking
this comment is really late, but I only just found out about this video, sounds like a belt problem, did u contact hoover about it?
What's today's video roger
Linda Miller I'm not sure. Perhaps you could ask milletboy.
ibaisaic this is millet boy on his grandma's tablet roger anyway how will I know

I've had the same problem re. the short tube blowing dust out. What did you use to plug the hole?
Pretty loud 89db! 😮
