Hey, quick question if you would have time to answer, how do I do it with a scissor style non latch band?
Thank you for this tutorial, I struggled to resize it and could not find one useful video. But you summed it up short and good enough to be able to do it
Thanks, I'm glad you liked it!
I followed your steps and ordered exactly the same tool. Now starting to fix my wristband. Thanks for the advice. 😊
I just managed to fix my watch wrist. Thanks for the video 🎉
Concise and detailed; a lost art these days. Thank you sir!
Thank you kindly!
I finally figured out how to resize my watches on my own ❤ I kept listening over and over as I kept trying 😢 A watch came with that preferred tool ❤ Time to get to work 😮 Happy now 😊❤
You would think that they would give you one of these when you buy an expensive watch
Why would they when they know they can make money off you coming back to resize
@@I.KUchiha it's free to resize at Zales
Yea there a good company I bought a lot of jewelry from them they even do battery replacement for free for me
Thank yooooouuuuuu I have a tiny wrist and the band came with this kit. You just saved me money 😊❤
Bruhhh, I did it with a Needle and a pair of pliers after I was like what is this weird thing in the box. 😂
Very helpful 👏 thanks 🙏
Thank you ☺️
Thank you .
Casio laughimg in the corner 😂
Thanks so much
Thank you sir... now I know what I need to make it smaller 😊
Most welcome 😊
thanks friend!
Any time!
Why are you removing all 3 links out of one side of the bracelet? Shouldn’t it be staggered? 1 link out of one side and 2 out of the other?
@@tomalophiconyou can’t remove equal links on each side if you have to remove an odd number of links
@h2woah127 I have a boyfriend bro. Back off.
“Here’s how to resize a watch band fast, basically, all you do is do it exactly the same way literally everyone ever has done it, you’re welcome”
Well i found it informative since i didnt know how to resize a watch.
UKtech pro but wheres your video mr professional? What a clown

Thanks boss. I had my gfs new watch i couldn't figure out 😂
ah okay so there was another 3 of the other side of the wrist we didn’t see. thas how you measure to know how many to take out. my case probably 2 each side, i’ll be back if i get it done
When putting the pin back in, does it go back the way it came out (so the opposite direction of the arrow) or does it go in through the other hole (keeping with the arrow direction)?
Goes in from the opposite side of the arrow
What wach is that look so cool
How do you fully insert the pin back in?
Use the tool to push the pin back in the hole. Watch out to put it in with the correct side
I took all of them off but it's still too big. What can zinfo?
my link does not come off
All the pros use that? Oh, okay, I thought I liked the pliers version with the working section on the outside.
The issue not with the size of the links. The issue is with the size of that humongous watch itself.
The holes where the links are in are so small that I can barely get the tool in the holes is this common and if so how do I remove?
Repair shops use some form of a magnifier on their face get a magnifying glass should be able to see
I literally just fixed mine using the tip of a pair of scissors. Use a thumbtack maybe instead if the point of your scissors is too wide/blunt. Just push it in hard or tap it like you wood a hammer and nail. It’s not actually screwed in it’s wedged in, the screwing device just applies more force with each turn
Dude... if you care about the watch, find the video. If you need a link respond to my comment.
@@wasteddude9387 “the” video?
@timefficient yup. Okay that'll do... brb
Why does it need to be equal on all sides?
So the clasp is in the middle
