I've never watched a tutorial video in my entire life that left me with absolutely 0 questions like this video did. This should be in the tutorial section of the Louvre. Thanks!
I just found these. My teenage son has autism, and still cannot tie his shoes. It is embarrassing for him. And slip on shoes are becoming harder to find. Can't wait to try these. I think he'll love them!

my son too! so hope these work well, I am getting tired of adjusting his laces all the time. Its hard to find sport shoes he likes that dont have laces. Vans wont cut it.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! The video that was recommended in the package was so fast that even by pausing repeatedly I couldn't figure out what was happening. Not to mention no talking and at times the sneaker was out of sight for what I wanted to see. A big thumbs up to you!
I slowed down the video to about 0.75 normal speed and zoomed in where the close-up part of the video was. The zoom I slowed down the video to about 0.75 normal speed and zoomed in farther where the close-up part of the video was. The zoom I am referring to is the manual zoom on TH-cam.
It's so rare to listen to someone who speaks proper English. I appreciate it his proper use of grammar because it makes his instructions very clear.

I'm just about to have fairly serious back surgery. Have just received my first pair of Xpand laces which will come in very handy as I won't be able to bend at the waist following the surgery. Thank you for a great video. Took care of all the questions I had about installing the laces. Great idea !!

Road and Trail tested and approved! I put them to the test today on a combo run. They felt great from the start and I didn't feel any change in the tension. I also put them on a pair of casual shoes and they are now my "go-to" shoes. So easy to slip on! Love these laces.

You don't even know how happy I am when this came in the mail. My little guy hates tying his laces and this is the best. I ordered 3, because my daughter ruins her shoes all the time, not untying to put her feet in. So all the back of her shoes are all ruined. This is definitely the best one I've ever bought. I will be getting more.

I am so excited about these! When my so was two he had brain cancer leaving he with little use of his left hand. He is going into middle school now and hate asking for help tying his shoes so these will be great for him! I also love how your videos walk us through lacing them step by step. Thank you!

I personally liked the their video (the preview at the end of this video) that shows the "bar" lacing method. Definitely more roomy and comfortable. I'd recommend that style if you're wearing casually (ie, not for running, hiking).

I use motorcycle shoes and I need to nice the laces for my own security (to not get stuck into the motorcycle), this was an excellent solution.
I love these for my 10 year old's soccer boots. Even though he can tie shoes it can interrupt game play for the 5 minutes it takes him to triple knot. Well done Xpand, creating more play time for athletes.
This video is FAR BETTER than the one on the website! That one should be deleted. It is very frustrating and NOT helpful!

I stuffed it up initially as I didnt watch the instructions properly and threaded it wrong but after I fixed that it worked like a dream.

Never heard so many people asking the same questions over and over and over. Watch the video and pay attention ! The best thing about these laces is their so easy to use. For all u entitled youth, go up the basement steps and have your mommy put these on for you. That's the problem with the youth today , they don't listen. This is unbelievable. Everyone have a blessed day and tie your shoes !

Not the cheapest, but I love them. Very practical! The color selection is great as well! I hate tying shoes and I still suck at it, so they work great for me.

I just bought my 5th set of these and they are awesome. And the installation video nails it as far as getting them set to your liking. I am curious if anyone has tried them with golf shoes and can attest or deny that they worked well? I am thinking of giving them a try.

Bro you could be the next BOA assuming you've patented. I really hope more products work with elastic laces; I wear loafers mostly because I hate laces. I think your solution is better than BOA for casual.

Just put one of my pairs on my every day sneakers. One in cross pattern and one in bars, just to see how they each feel :)
Then later, once I have used them a bit, I can decide what to do.
Seems that in the bar pattern, I only use about half the lace, so there is for an extra pair :)

I don't like how the anchor feels inside the shoe on my chucks.

I love this video. One of the best. However, I have a question. You mention that once done, it's done. But towards the end, you mention that I can adjust the lace anchors; provided I have left some slack. These two seem to contradict. Could you please clarify? Thanks. BTW, you should be a teacher.

Hi, these are great! I want to install them for my mum, who usually wears slip ons. I'm facing an issue and hope you can help - the tongue keeps rolling on the sides, no matter how much slack is on the laces. Is this an issue with the shoe itself, since the tongue is really thin? What can I do to make it more comfy for her?

Mine arrived yesterday. I have installed in one pair of running shoes and one pair of casual. Right off the bat they feel great. Testing runners tomorrow as I admit to be one of those typical skeptical runner types. ;) Now I'm wondering what to do with all my old laces.....LOL
Great video guys. Congrats on the launch. You might suggest consider a 2 min version re this. If I need 10 minutes to relearn to tie my shoes I am in trouble:) Eg instead of "Detailed", is there a "Summary" version?

What I don’t understand is how did you lace your shoes so that the top laces are on the inside with the second shoe, when you laced it so that the top laces were on the outside with the first, when you began the laces exactly the same position at the bottom of each shoe?
My laces end up on the outside of my 4-eyelet sneakers. I want them to be “stealth mode”. How is it possible?

I want to make my ends a bit shorter but I just can’t get the lace ends off. Pressing the little button essentially means you’re pressing the thing closed and you can’t press it closed and open it at the same time.
Why am I only finding these now? I used to really struggle with laces until I was around 15 because my dyspraxia is so bad these would have saved me so much time. Actually they'd still save time now.....
My shoes are laced by employing both holes near the top in order to make them tighter on my heel. Will that same method work with the Xpand laces?
What is the model of the New Balance shoes in the inst. video?

So..the top three notches on my steel toe boots are *notches* not eyelets. I wish you guys would make a lace anchor that had a loop or ring on it so that it could be hooked to the last notch in such boots or something.

What is your advice on using shoe trees in your shoes in combination with the xpand lacing system? I always use shoe trees to keep my shoes in a good condition but I can imagine it might not be good for the xpand lacing system since in that case the laces are always flexed. So I bought multiple colors of the laces with the intent to be able to switch them out. How do I change them out once I trim them and no longer have the aglet tip to easily lace them through small holes?
You can trim and singe them at an angle or you can use a little piece of scotch tape and roll around the ends to feed through the new eyelets :)
So you don't put any end Clips on it if you're in so-called stealth mode?
So these are more suitable for sneakers than hiking or working boots?
Is there a good way to use these with work boots that have two sets of hooks at the top instead of lace holes?

What about a way to lace using that "extra" hole? I use that to lock in my tied shoe laces because it helps me prevent heel rub.
