Am a BP (hypertension) patient since 1976 at present am 68 years and was taking medicine but as you described off/on cause of the same reason when it became normal or 100/60 I used to skip the medicines and lastly was put on Echo. Result was Diastolic dysfunction with mild AR, MR.
