I haven't had much interest in Malawi cichlids but there's something about this tank. I love the mix and they way they swim around. Lots of subtle splashes of color and the fish look ridiculously healthy.

Appreciate your water clarity and feeding tips etc. Prolly gonna get pairs & trios of 10 or so species, most of which I see in your tanks over the past few years.Anyhow, cheers mate, and take it easy!,
I have that same feature rock from Universal Rocks. I had to take it out because it turned into a party pad. Females would lay the eggs behind it and the fry could hide out until they got big enough to hang with the rest of the tank. Now I have about 15 scrubby looking African Cichlids that are either orange or grey. No new fry since I took it out. Too bad though because it looks great.

I didn't necessarily overstock because of aggressive behavior. I am overstocked because I am weak and came across more fish I wanted lol

Trematocranus Placadon is a beufiful fish! not many people have them here in the UK, they seem to be very rare.
