Since last 3 years I am also doing audio journal it all started when I was going through depression in 2020 , the audio journal really help me clear out what is useful and what isn't for me it really helped me change my life and keep a check on me

I’m glad you love it! I save everything on an external hard drive. Yes, I do rewatch and listen every few months. It’s funny looking back because a lot of the time I don’t remember the things I talked about, lol.

@@CharVillenaHow do you deal with external issues? Have you tried saving the diary entries in something like TH-cam or Vimeo? I can't seem to find pros and cons for this. ://

@@yourbisayaOBM Thankfully, I haven’t had issues. Lacie Rugged External HDs have been the best imo. Also, you just reminded me..I do have a private Vimeo account. I have random old video diaries from over 10 years ago on that account so I would suggest having a private Vimeo or YT. 👍🏽
