Since I've retired I've been getting more and more into making leather items; for gifts and for myself. I got several good ideas in this video which I am certainly going to use... thanks Darbin for the idea of shaping the leather around a block... you solved a problem for me.....

I’ve been thinking about trying leather projects for a while. It seems you can really make some nice stuff without spending a lot on equipment. I really like the molded pencil case. I have seen some more complicated molds, but starting with a rectangular one like this would be a great way to try it out. Thanks for all the great project ideas, Linn!
