This is a genuinely good theory, a lot of Scotty's voicelines have to do with being a contestant recently. Scotty: "Good! And let's hope they take CNS and its game mode out of the spotlight." June: "Said like a true spokeperson for OSPUZE." Scotty: "Hey, it's the best drink in the world." There is another voice line from Power Shift that I cannot find currently, however, scotty essentially talks about the difficulty and Chaos of the platform, showing he's very capable as a contestant and has competed in the past. However, between all these things, I find it extremely likely that Scotty's going to be the final skin of the Battlepass all things considered, especially since the skin as far as we've seen seems to be extremely important to the lore with the close up shots of it raising its head before going into battle as well as being a major figure of OSPUZE, completely plastered in it across it's clothing.
