Thank you so much for uploading this. I was a DJ back in the day and 5 years ago finally decided it was the day I needed to escape a toxic marriage and I left all my vinyl behind. Rather than giving it to my kids from a previous marriage, my ex got rid of it all and I am trying to rebuild it all digitally from memory and this was one that I was missing. Great track!!!!

I remember hearing this toon at Rave’em & Bail-E 3 in Wisconsin and Christopher Lawrence was spinning it around 3-4 am in the morning. I was mesmerized and in awe of beautiful sounds that were coming out of the speakers. It was truly a moment to remember and when the lyrics started I knew something godly was happening. I have never heard it before. I did not know the name of this song but I was hoping to hear it soon.
Few weeks later when I was checking out some vinyls in the DJ store, I picked up this record named " Touched by god " and gave it a listen. While listening and the fist sounds came in along with the lyrics, I had a flashback to that morning, my knees buckled as I remembered the sweet , sweet sounds and voice I heard that night and the title confirmed I was part of something magical that morning in Wisconsin.
Loved this story! Can relate to the feeling of finding a track you'd heard by complete chance... and never letting it leave your sight!

I'm old fashioned. I'm very picky about whom I subscribe to. Your channel has brought back so many memories. A child locked in a basement with nothing but a radio and CBC Radio One late fridays listening to imported tracks in the nineties I'd never here again.... until three decades later. Nostalgia is not quite the word....

One of my favourite remixes ever - was honoured to play it as my encore track at Luminosity 2018. Im pretty sure Red Jerry is behind the remix - and im still not sure where that epic female vocal sample is from in the breakdown!

@@jacobfamily4544 Fyi - the vox was from a yoga / spiritual / mystical self help cassette album bought from the ground floor of the legendary Compendium Book shop, Camden ( RIP) ... the, er, artist wld buy them on the way out after spending an hour reading lost Situationist / King Mob / Stewart Home texts etc in the the political treasure trove that was the ( political ) basement - whole minutes were spent selecting the cassettes based on the title / cosmic fruitiness of the sleeves, and the results turned up on various Hooj / non Hooj releases for a while ( Gamemaster etc )

I have Disc-1 and Disc-2 of this release. I've never heard anyone play this. Either way, thanks for posting this. Great label (got me started into trance and let's face it, Hooj Choons was the pinnacle trance label between 1998-2001) and this music should not be forgotten.
