The only thing that comes to my mind is Dhan Guru Dhan Guru Pyaare. Pleas humble benti that lets start to change our Gurdwara with small steps.

We all Sikhs should be proud of our religion, faith, and commitment to build the places of worship, we call Gurudwaras, where we not only pray, spread our Gurus' word and teachings, but also teach our youth to follow Gurus' teachings and their way of life, help the community of all residents, regardless of their faiths. I totally agree A11, looking at the behaviour of each and every individual in that video gives me hope on what this religion has to offer. Just went there recently, apparently, there are over 500 people that do services every Sunday and there is a waiting list for it too, the main hall is said to be packed regularly as well. Truly amazing!
even the little kids that learn about their history are so intellectual, especially the young man in the white headscarf 3:53. I'm actually surprised. God bless them and never let them stray off path.

Now I feel like saying WOW... or Waheguru! my experience from other Guruduaras in California is very different. I hope more and more Guruduara can adopt this model. I have been there several time and can tell you it's completly different than other Gurdwaras.No problem of car park , very clean all over including toilets . May waheguru have blessing over it.
I think this is the best religious organization in the entire world where everything is run by volunteers and top on the priority is community service.
