Hoskins to Witu island - Day 1

It’s been 12 years since my last visit to my island home. I was accompanied by my brothers ,nephews, cousin sister, granddaughter and sister in law along side Naru Kemi project’s engineer .
Travel time from Hoskins to Witu was 6 hours due to rough seas.
No whales nor dolphins were spotted but we weren’t shot of lots of flying fish.
There is also concern for the reef , they are probably alive ( I’m no expect ) but it is totally different sight and colour 20 -30 years ago when I would go spear fishing with my father.
I must say THE REEF IS DYING
