You poor thing… sorry you feel cold. Often when my family gets cold (my sister, for example, is always cold) I find it effective if I have them sit up or lay down. Then, I can put my hands flat down on their back and softly massage at a fast pace in such a way that creates friction. It always does the trick at warming a cold person up!
