I’m currently on F1 OPT in the US and recently had an interesting situation. I'm a hobbyist photographer, mostly enjoy taking pics on weekends and recently my eclipse photo went viral on many platforms including 1.4 million views on Reddit. I received a lot of requests for prints, but I hesitated to sell them because I wasn’t sure if I could legally make a profit from my hobby while on an F1 visa(missed out on an opportunity that every photographer dream of) Now, the city has reached out to me, asking if they can license my photo and pay me usage fees. I initially thought I couldn’t do this, but I’ve received mixed feedback online and from some lawyers who suggest that licensing a photo for art related small scale passive income might be permissible as long as it doesn’t impact my primary work. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Mam plz reply , m H4 visa holder .. Ead apply karneke liye koi specific education criteria hai kya…? Because m 12 th pass ..! N m a makeup artist… ! So mai work visa apply kar sakti hoo kya.. !? Or after that mai makeup orders le sakti hoo kya… or (makeup classes)students ko sikha sakti hoo kya..!? Will some certificate be required from here? I have learned from India..!
@@Gml8287 sure. But don't be involved in it's day to day operations. It's like buying an air BNB and hiring a property manager. Would still suggest to work with an immigration attorney
that's mentioned too. maybe you focused a lot on what not to do. But that's actually a lot more important as people make mistakes and then end up on the wrong side of the law

Your spouse needs to have an approved i-140 before you can apply for EAD
