Just some ideas
- maybe also incorporate more of the weekdays, you mentioned you were a nurse; would be fun to see your routines :)
- you also mentioned you use to struggle with binge eating and that you made some changes and now you feel amazing! I think it would be great if you did a video telling us the changes you made and your (average) weekly workout routine 🥰

hi! thank you so much & for the tips 🤎 although, I have never struggled with binge eating so I won’t be speaking on that .. but I will definitely start incorporating some weekly routines :)
