My driving instructor never said that. He just yells "you need to focus" and "you have to pay attention." I'm just like "I am focused but I don't know what tf I'm doing!"
I didnt enroll in a driving school but my husband is the one yelling at me everytime he ask me to change lanes and backing up which is the one i scared the most...

I'm a gamer lol and I play a lot of fast paced racing games I watched some fails and idek how someone can be that bad haha. The looking ahead has been an instinct to me from when I was like 8 9 now I'm 13 but yea I rode in my dad's car a lot and so I got to know them very good
this is so great and motivating!! I prolly would need to take just one driving lesson after watching this entire channel! good cause I don’t really wanna pay for lessons lol
Currently doing the same. My test is tomorrow and I'm so nervous! I have a lot riding on me passing this test, but these videos are so helpful. I'm feeling a little calmer already.
My reflex is to look straight even when turning. I am a beginner driver. I badly needed this video. Thank you very much for your advice. Keep up the good work. Love from India.
@@ConduiteFacile why don’t experienced drivers like moms and dads teach us where to look? If every experienced driver started off by looking straight even when they’re turning then sure enough they should remember and teach their students about itc
Experienced drivers tend to go on autopilot, for them it's instinctive to look into a turn and they might not be aware that they're doing it, maybe that's why they don't think to teach it?
Guys hear it from me, I pretty much solely learned how to drive from his videos but on the road practice with someone who can drive is very important! One of THE biggest tips that tremendously helped me was him saying a lot of driving mistakes is due to where the student is looking, you’re supposed to look everywhere but mainly where you WANT your car to go and your hands will naturally follow your eyes. When I started doing that, I improved so much on my driving. Look into the turn, not at the other cars or at the lines because that is where your car is going to drift to. Also I paid for driving lessons twice and those really did not help me because my instructors just let me do what I want and it’s better to practice what you’re bad at than what you already know but my driving school made me go over everything which I personally felt like was a waste of my time. I went out on the road twice with my mom to practice the things I was actually having trouble with (turns and parking) and I passed my drivers test on the first try! In total, I drove about 4 times for about 2 hours each before passing my test. Thank you to this channel and also the guy who starts his videos with “hey everyyboodyyyy!” was also helpful.
Same thing I did I pay for driving lessons twice now my mom teaching me and I’m learning more the driving school just had me doing the things I already know
Husband as driving instructor? Not good idea,,😂😂😂 they tend to be more nervous than learner😂😂 if my driving instructor sometimes felt nervous the way i drive, how much more them(husband) they dont have secondary break in front of them...
I am a beginner driver. I watched this video, then I sat in the car and realised, I truly am just staring right in front of me like a maniac all the time haha. This is so helpful.
This man deserves an award I’m 19 and I don’t have my license because I was so damn nervous I was gonna wreck my dads car by hitting parked cars when making turns truly a great help and I really needed this thank you! I’m taking my test in 2 more weeks!!
This is so helpful. I failed my driver's exam today and the reason was my oversteering. I had 6 hours of lessons including a full 2 hours on turns but what the instructors failed to ever explain was the proper place to look when turning. As I watched this, I realized that my most successful practice turns happened when I was looking ahead. I am excited to practice with this newfound knowledge. Thank you.
i hate messing up turning or like making mistakes because my parent gets pissed off and it just throws me off for the rest of the drive. thank you so much for making these videos !!
Looking far ahead is what makes you really good at steering and positioning the car correctly on the lane. In the beginning this is a bit hard because most tend to look close on the asphalt. Once you teach yourself to look far ahead, steering and positioning the car becomes very natural ,the hands just follow and the car goes where you want to go. After a while you do not even notice the car anymore as a separate entity , it just becomes an extension of your body !

I’ve watched one of your videos before my day 1 of driving lessons at a driving school earlier today. Ive been driving around the block a couple of times with the help of my sister, but it was always so frustrating ‘cause i cant seem to perfect the turns-always a hit and miss. I get too conscious of not driving over the yellow lane or being to close to the curb. Looking ahead really helped. You gravitate towards where you’re looking. My instructor was really helpful too. Thank you so much.

God bless this guy! I had the worst driving experience with no idea how to navigate when driving. My driving instructor was awful. I developed anxiety when driving and had to stop but I am going back into learning how to drive again. These videos make it clear and understandable.

I PASSED! I'm coming to this video to let you know because this was probably the single biggest help for me when I started to drive. Protecting my bubble and not looking in the areas were big reasons I was having trouble. Even when trying to stay in the center of a lane! Because I'd look near the hood of the car trying to keep it centered but end up just going back and forth like I was drunk. Keeping my vision in the right spots helped fix so much. Thanks for all your helpful videos! They helped fill in aspects of driving that my stepfather takes for granted and didn't really know how to teach it, you know? I'm still not perfect and will make mistakes but I passed my test and can relax a bit more now which will let my mind focus on the road better and continuing to learn. Thank you for all these videos and always stay safe!
Thank you, please can you do a video on how much to turn the steering wheel especially at right turn and when can we start turn the wheel ,I have a big échu on turns. sometimes I steer early and much than it should, sometimes too late , than I end in 2ed lane
Glad I found you. I think I'm an above average driver, but then again so do most people (which makes it impossible). Anyhow, I was once a bike courier in a busy city. Riding through busy traffic forces you to learn where to look. I tell people that riding helped me become an aware driver. I also played several sports. You are the first instructor I've heard mention the benefits of these. I came here looking to improve and I think I will. Thank you
Yes. Biking, video games and sports (especially team sports) help tremendously. They're all activities where you have things happening in front of you, and you react to them. I've seen a huge difference between students that do (or did) these things, and those who don't (or never did). Huge.
I understand my problem now. I am a beginner and this was my major problem. I needed clarity and I am so glad I stumbled upon this video. You are amazing. Love from India
Man, I spent two hours practicing turning with my cousin yesterday. Some turns I did well, some not too good. We couldn't understand what was wrong--- was it because I'm braking too much? Not steering enough? Hopefully this does the trick to better turns. Thank you in advance

He actually explained to me what I don't get and humiliated me in every possible way and I love it. Now I'm definitely gonna progress
Ur videos are very gud and informative.u always give keen attention to the details.thanks
5years later and this video is still helpful
Perhaps, TH-cam should have the ability to give 100 likes at a time!
I watched many videos on turns but no one was that useful and "final advise" as this one. Thank you very very much Conduite Facile.
Excellent job is amazing to sharpening driving skills
You're welcome. And congrats!
This video was very well done and very helpful!! Thank you!
This guy has such an caring type of explaining, like calm, and all, dude we all love you :D
Thank you, please can you do a video on how much to turn the steering wheel especially at right turn and when can we start turn the wheel ,I have a big échu on turns. sometimes I steer early and much than it should, sometimes too late , than I end in 2ed lane
It's in one of the next videos on turning.
I have the same problem T.T
Me too👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 seldom i hit the gutter when turning😢😢 specially turning right..what to do? Tips or techniques please🙂
Best video ever. Passed my test on second attempt recently,i don't think i was looking where i should have. But i will from now on..!!
Can you videos about pedal controls?
Huge.
Hands up for gamers!!!!!!!!!

I understand my problem now. I am a beginner and this was my major problem. I needed clarity and I am so glad I stumbled upon this video. You are amazing. Love from India
3:35 that car just turned towards the opposite lane!
Ras Loyola, because it’s a one-way street. It has a white line in the middle of it, not a yellow one
This video is everything to me, I asked three driving instructors this very question and they told me their way no tool to help me.
Man, I spent two hours practicing turning with my cousin yesterday. Some turns I did well, some not too good. We couldn't understand what was wrong--- was it because I'm braking too much? Not steering enough? Hopefully this does the trick to better turns. Thank you in advance
Hope it helps.
How was it? Share your experience please. Im going to practice tomorrow
Best driving teaching channel on youtube hands down.
my gosh, after watching your videos, I need to fire my driving instructor!
The best best best channel for beginner driver, no instructor teaches you these things...
