@ssj7warrior
YES; to do this circuit gives you discomfort as you are reminded about the exercise for a few days, till your muscles adjust to the new demands.
@RGTomoenage11
not a club, its new zealand squad training at a local gymnasium
@TheRichieEffect
Thats a difficult low key approach, how do you remember moves???
Glad you are training regular.
Nice,nice.Judo is more heavier than mental.Hard and beauty filosophie of life.
Excellent job one and all
@chchjudoschool Oh, I think I get what you are saying. I thought yu meant this was complete anaerobic. You mean muscle fatigue is mostly likely to arise from accumulation of latic acid in the muscle from anaerobic ATP production. The lowered pH from the lactic acid prevents muscle fibers from responding to stimulation.
@chchjudoschool Yeah, I think I misunderstood the title. Sorry. I train mma and jujitsu when I am not studying MLT. When I return to training I have to rebuild my stamina.
@ssj7warrior
To complete the circuit in a manner that pushes your physical limits to your best, makes it a muscular painful experience. (I am told from the lactic acid that is residual in muscles in their adaptation to the new requirements, and rebuild process.)
what club is this
to train in judo without competing is to misunderstand the art. Surely the greatest competition is with the self, to perfect your technique, and the dojo, or contest arena just the places we test our understanding in. I am also an Olympian judoka, but not a great one...not a medallist. I enjoyed competing, love the challenges it brings.
smile , it's gonna be on TH-cam tomorrow !!! lool
@chchjudoschool
I do one hour a week... I thought I was social :(
Why? The exercise? Judo has a high fitness component and requires us to be capable of fighting a 5 minute fight and extension sudden death 3 minutes, numerous times over the same couple of hours, its a huge ask. Bigger than some can give.
True....point noted.
I am a strong believer in Tour De France, lol. (I enjoy judo in many ways and as an ex Olympic competitor advocate its many values & pathway as enlightening.
I see it as an evil necessity for some who cannot for reasons of being very club based, amateur, and not sufficiently fit enough, as a measure; of their capacity to compete at low level International event. They are not oldies, and even those who fought the veterans last weekend, at NZ champs needed low level judo contest fitness.
i do this at my dojo except when you rollover the person in turtle position i bet that kills the abs
Buiu samurai urbano
I disagree, I think you need a little shiai (contest) over each year, for maximum efficiency of learning. Or you need to randori widely in other clubs, to gain a collected appreciation, & develop your best potential, and understand mutual welfare on a societal level.
How is this anaerobic? If it was the their byproduct would be Ethanol and not lactic acid. Just think, they would be drunk from the byproduct of Ethanol and they would have a reall goo time then. el oh el.
they are not high level; most train 3 to 6 hours a week and have another sport.
They are social...
@chchjudoschool i know why you yell it.. but the pronounciation is a bit influenced by your mother language. :)
i would say if you never play a game of basketball you dont understand the game,shooting isnt basketball,playing in a competitive league isnt necessary though.You need to randori you dont need to compete to appreciate any grappling art.
Judo training not ez! OSS
many more bad coaches than good, unfortunately
aoaargh... i just hate those "matey" and "hajimey" :D
