    I have some older Anker products that are my go to for traveling and charging. I've been interested in this particular model or the one above it. Thanks for the review.

    good reference.But think its wrong to design a square & box shape ,its not good for carrying or travel with .Also too much attention on the screen ,instead most people care is compactness & power delivery,rather than the actual current information

      I also wonder if traveling outside for a long time with a small bag or vigorous outdoor sports activities, will this power bank be okay if its design is boxy?😅

    This doesn't have the 15v 3A either only the 27650mah version does

    • @zanevtech
      @zanevtech  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      According to the manuals, both the 20,000 mAh and the 27650 mAh versions have 15V 3A Input/Output on the USB-C ports.

    The screen is really bright on mine but I have the larger 27,650 ma version. However, Anker has the absolute worse privacy policy I have ever read. My version has a blutooth feature that helps you find your unit if lost. I downloaded the app. I dont usually read privacy policies but my spidey senses were tingling so i did this time. It basically sais that you have no privacy at all, they will access any and all data on your phone (without exception) and sell it to whoever they choose. So, i still love the battery unit and charger base, but I deleted the app without agreeing to anal probe.

      Interesting to hear about the privacy policy, not good if that’s the case.

    Mine wont go more than 70% upon charging. Is that normal?

    • @zanevtech

      That is not normal. I would definitely reach out to Anker.

    Got the charging dock, leave it as a phone charger for my desktop and just drop the powerbank when needs charging.

    can the Mac magsafe work to charge the power bank?

    • @zanevtech
      @zanevtech  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No, the Mac cable has USB C on one end and MagSafe on the other. You can plug the usb c end in the power bank and charge the Mac but not backwards.

      @@zanevtech thanks for the quick reply; Apple 45W MagSafe 2 Power Adapter for MacBook Air; so if the other end is on the outlet and the magsafe plugged to the power bank, it wouldn't work?

      The 20,000 mAh version and below version are lower in mAh than the maximum allowed airline guidelines. So i don't think you should have a problem carrying it in your carry-on. Check with your airline to make sure.

      To reduce the amount of wasting battery

    • @masonterhorst

      Because the whole point of the device is to maximize charging potential for other devices and a needlessly bright screen would waste some of that

    Completely overhyped charging output/input claims. 200W temporary output, 100W continuous output & 100W temporary input, 50W continuous input charging rates.
