No I wasn't using any audio interface. I was using the MOVO VXR10 plugged in to my camera, then post prod na.

Device Manager> Audio inputs an outputs > Check if ma-detect yung XTUGA interface mo;
Dapat merong Headphones (2- HD-II) at Microphone (2- HD-II); Baka naka-disable
Wala akong ininstall na 3rd party software. Plug-and-play lang sya.
