This video explains about list of documents to be required after receiving invitations to apply (ITA) for the CANADA express entry program.
If you upload incorrect documents then your PR file can be rejected. If you upload unordered documents, it may increase the processing time of your application. In order to receive speedy CANADA PR. It is better to upload organized documents and all supporting documents, which help immigration officer to verify your details.

each bank has their own format.
however, if you are adding any cover letter you can address to the immigration officer, IRCC, Canada.

2013-2015 (I have only COE, I can still request for the reference letter from my manager but only in plain paper, also the company shut down 4 years ago)
2015-2017 (I have COE, JD, salary slips, bank statements, email from HR that they have standard format and cannot provide reference letter as per the guideline, End of Service Breakdown, I can get a reference letter from my previous colleague who already left but in plain paper)
2017-present (reference letter from colleague, and other supporting docs)
If I don't include my work experience from 2013-2015 in the EE profile before ITA, since I don't have much of the supporting documents, shoud I state in the express entry profile the year 2013 as starting year when I get eligible to work on the said NOC which is 1241 or make it 2015 and just add the first experience in personal history?

Than you for the wonderful video. I have some questions pls guide.
1) I have received invitation from SINP. I have more than 10 years experience and since past 4 years I am proprietor in my company so self employed. I work around 36 hours week in my own company and work for 12 hours week as a visiting faculty at university for which I get salary in my saving account (but I am not claiming points for that as its different NOC and additional job) and it is also reflected in my income tax statement of income. So please guide, do I need to show that work experience in my personal work history of 10 years? Or it is not required.
2) For translation of documents, do we need to submit affidavit of any person who translates it? or we need to submit professional translator certificate to prove its correctness?
3) Fund document: I have kept fund in my saving account but before 2 months I put it in FD. So how do i prove its more than 3 months old? It was already in saving account but I just made FD in September. So please guide how should I prove this please.

Very informative and detailed video! I have a question...is it necessary to upload these extra forms which you mentioned? I thought we only have to fill in the questionnaire and upload all the documents for which tabs are given...there are no tabs or requests for additional family info forms and background declaration? Please advise
not essential, but for a safe you can include if you wish

Please guide me if I can upload experience letter that I got made in march 2023 for OINP in response to ITA I got in July since I have withdrawn my OINP file post getting ITA under general draw. Please reply.

Hello Tushar Bhai, before going to the photographer, I got the dimensions from a pdf on canada's immigration website which said 50 X 70 mm, later in my own application instructions, the dimensions were as you suggested, 35 X 45 mm (at least). Taking a hint from this term "at least", should I consider the 50 X70 mm image as an ok format to upload, or should I get the photo redone in 35 X 45 mm ?
check dimension in EE profile where you will have to upload digital photo.
They will give you dimension and you have to follow it.

I will turn 30 on 22nd Jan 2020, I am ready with my ECA and IELTS but my spouse's ECA got delayed for some reason. If I create a profile mentioning "travelling without spouse" my CRS score will be decent enough to receive an ITA in the next draw. I want to know will I be able to change the companion status post ITA once my spouse's ECA is done??
If i wait for my spouse ECA results then I will cross the 29 years of age limit and will loose 5 points. Kindly advise

Hi, First of all,thanks for the very nice and informative video. I am at SINP nominated candidate at post ITA stage. I saw that we need not to do upfront medical as COPR validity is associated to it. But if we do not do it now, when do we do it? And what should we upload as a proof of medical in the EE portal against "proof of upfront medical exam" tab?
you should do upfront medical if you are SINP EE candidate.
Hi your video was great! Is it advisable to add a friend who is a permanent to my application and get the mark or is it detrimental to leave out that section?
no you can't add your friend as a relative to get points.
It will be definitely tracked by IRCC and your file can be rejected/banned for misrepresentation.

I applied with my new passport which has no travel history. Should I mention places I travelled before I got my new passport ?
you need to show details of your fot the last 10 years. you should also include old passport copy with all stamped pages.
So immigration can do check if required.

I have a question for you. I have a bachelor degree and a master, and I only did ECA for my master. Should I upload my master degree in education section and my bachelor degree in letter of explanation section?

Official requirement is as follows.
Our online system will ask for a police certificate for:
you and your family members who are 18 years or older
and
every country you (or a family member) stayed in during the last 10 years for 6 months or more in a row
You don’t need to give us police certificates for any period of time before you were 18 years old or for time spent in Canada.

@canada pr info: Hi Tusharbhai, in the last 10 years I have stayed in both Mumbai and currently at Surat (more than 6 months in both cases). Do I need to submit PCC from both cities as well? I interpreted that way since region & territory are also written in your video. However, as I checked on the CIC website only country is written. Request to guide.
you should issue PCC from "Passport Seva Kendra" that will cover whole country irrespective of places in India.

I got nomination from SINP and now I am waiting for EE ITA in next draw. So in EE documents, do I need to get fresh current reference for employment again or the old reference letters taken for SINP before one year (One year old date in letters) will suffice the requirement?
Shall i wait for ITA to take appointment for medical and PCC? or I should wait till i get ITA?

you should get updated reference letter once you get the ITA.
you should book medical and PCC after ITA .
Get ready with soft copy of all docs , create profile in PCC portal, once you get ITA , you can quickly book meetings/ take appointment for all above tasks.
you should get updated proof of funds letters too.
overall, it is better to keep the post ITA date in documents.

First of all i would like to thanks you for such informative video on youtube describe PR process.In your video you refer document checklist IMM5690 for required documents.However in this list proof of funds,ECA ,employemnets reference are not required .Does is mean that we do not need include this documents in our application?If we need include theses documents why it is not mentioned t checklist IMM5690.

I have bank statement and relieving letter from the company as supporting documents in addition to experience letter , is it enough because that is the maximum docs i can collect from the company. Will they ask for additional documents?
you may include tax filing documents like ITR 1 or ITR 5.
Reference letter is the essential requirement anything plus in that is less chance to ask additional docs.
How many days after disappearing n reappearing of invoice tab? It's already 8 days gone..
And can adr come after disappearing n reappearing of invoice tab....??
There is no fix rule. it is a kind of observation.
you can expect ADR too.
overall , it is a good sign , they are working on your file. you will get some reply soon.

I have two ECA reports one from WES and one from Medical council of Canada (MCC). we have ITA in health draw which requires ECA from MCC but we got ECA from MCC after ITA. Can I go change ECA number in application? or they can see my both ECA reports in uploaded document that i will provide?
If first name in the education document is XYZben and first name in all others documents have only XYZ , is it consider as a other name used by applicant?
yes , you should do one and same person affidavit for the all the names

Hi, I am a CEC candidate. When I created express entry profile, I did enter not work experience in chronological order and it met the criteria for FSW instead of CEC. I updated the profile and it met both FSW and CEC. is this an issue ?

My 2 years PGDM degree is evaluated as PG diploma one year by WES.
While filling the form..the level of education should be Two years degree or diploma, right?
And below in WES equivalency section, I am mentioning it as one year program in university. Is this correct?

According to my view, yes you can choose it.
but if your spouse permit will be expired then he/she has to leave Canada as per the rules.
but, do not forget to disclose the spouse details.

CANADA PR INFO thank you for your response. We have 4 months left in our work permit our crs score is 465 if spouse not accompany i can get 480 so probably we can get if there is another cec specific draw. So if not im looking to apply alone with 480 points so i have good chance. Im just confuse if that is really a good option.
@@jeffderez your PR process will not be completed in 4 months so you should be ready to leave CANADA.
both options are good , wait for CEC specific draw first otherwise you can go ahead with second option.

@@jeffderez BOWP takes around 60 days but due to pandemic it would be difficult tell it. however you should try it.

I've recently got my ITA through PNP and while uploading docs for PNP, i did not submit birth certificate for myself and my spouse. Is it mandatory to include our birth certificate? Pls reply, im currently on document uploading phase right now..
at ircc stage it is not mandatory for adults but it is advisable that include it in LOE section or passport section for a safe side.

we hav claimed points for Masters degree. However, I have not recieved the degree certificate yet but alrdy has the Masters Transcript. WES ECA report also mentioned as Masters qualified. Will this be a problem for IRCC to reject us??

Hi, Thanks for the video. regarding education related files required to be uploaded, the system is asking only for the Diplomas. It is not mentioning the ECA Report, the IELTS and the Mark sheets. Is it really necessary to upload them? Knowing that we have already provided the IELTS and ECA references in the application. I believe these provided references are sufficient, right ?

This forms are self explanatory. you need to write your personal details.
but make sure that do not keep a single day gap when you write dates in address or history section or anywhere else in IMM forms.

I believe it is not because for provisional degree , i believe you haven't completed your ECA so you cannot claim any points for it.

in Microsoft word you can paste any link and make it hyperlink using the option.
may be in the insert menu bar.
then , convert that doc file to pdf so your link will be as it is in pdf too.

When i will get ITA from CIC
ITA depends on your CRS score. you will get ITA if your score is higher than cut off for a draw.
you can refer official website to view express entry cutoff and details.
