@@VaellinTheBard or more happened than they're saying. Whenever someone says "X did Y for 'no reason'" i find that that usually means there were reasons and those reasons haven't been mentioned.
There are three definitions of insanity: - doing the same thing over and over and hoping for a different outcome - valuing anything over another life and life itself - believing you are entitled to the world when the world just met you
That second one is up for debate. There are a lot of things I value more than my own life, like the lives of my family and loved ones, and my principles. Personally, I think the only ting that makes life worth living, is having things that you'd be willing to sacrifice it for, if required. If I have to watch the people I care about die or sacrifice my integrity and what I believe, in order to live, what is that life even worth?
@Sam Rosenberg To be fair, it says *another* life and life itself; for example, if you valued material goods or specific ideals more than the lives of other people around you, that would be pretty insane, right? I see where you’re coming from, though, and I agree :)

yeah. Listened to it like "I'm 23, trans" -- ohhboy here we go. Why is it even fucking RELEVANT? But of course he/she/helicopter is vegan as well. Homeless but vegan. Choosing beggar indeed.
@@rogthepirate4593 any sane trans person ever probably rolled their eyes at that line simultaneously... like bitch, being trans is hard but that doesn't mean you get a free pass to break the law. @@ClockworkChandelure Thats what I think. Yes, I feel bad they were misgendered. Thats not cool whoever you are. But being trans isn't an excuse itself. That story just pissed me off. Trans people have a hard enough time fighting prejudice without other trans people perpetuating that prejudice by doing shit like this. Same with vegans. Quit making other people look bad because of your entitlement. And yes, this person probably needed food and shelter and all that other stuff you need when you're in dire straits (it's not unlikely that this person was kicked out of their home for being trans, since that's unfortunately something that happens a lot), but there are things you can do to survive that don't involve stealing (probably; not everywhere has good infrastructure for taking care of homeless people :\)

Their response to this was the most perfect response ever to something like that. Nothing. Completely ignored her and kept on eating
1:10 I'm from the Burlington area and I know which store she's talking about. There's a reason we call City Market "City Markup" around here. There are so many other places that she can get cheaper groceries, but she just had to shop at the most expensive store in the area.
The story about the donuts reminded me of a story that happened to my dad. I live in a Spanish-speaking country, there is a very popular ice cream shop in my country, and before (I don't know if they still do) they had these letter offers ... but it was an offer for the last name, well, once our last name came out, Calvo. that in Spanish can mean bald and my dad is bald well, my dad saw the ad and went to the store, came in and when he was treated he said "I'm coming for the offer from Calvo" the ladies looked confused and said "Sir, the offer is for people named Calvo, not for those who are bald" my dad got his ID and was able to get his ice cream ... so happy ending

Been listening to these stories for a few days now :) Makes life easier atm and easy listening when game playing :) Your reaction to the CB taking the money was hilarious :D
As someone who is a professional, babysitter and nanny, I have over eight or nine certifications for child development to book me for a night is at least a little over $50-$75 an hour but for someone with no certification, you should at least pay that person maybe $20 $30 an hour $50 for the whole night is completely unreasonable because whether the child sleep through the whole night or not it’s still not easy and if your child is sick babysitters are recommended not to take care of a child that is sick unless you’re certified like me to take care of a sick child or baby
I was more shocked that ms Chooseypants over there thought that picking up a cancer patient was an inconvenience. And that she had said that shit about her getting sick like cancer is contageous. Lady just...no.
I swear, when a CB wants you to do something, they live in the 20's when 5 bucks could net you a week of food. But when they want money, they live 80 years in the future where it costs 100 dollans to use the pay toilet...Yes...These are dark times...
I don't understand why people think that once they use something a lot they own it, Just because you contaminate it more doesn't mean it belongs to you.
After she stole money off a cancer patient in a car she was riding in for free, I would have kicked the choosing beggar out of the car, right there, right then, had it been my car. She can walk home for all I care. OP's mother is a far better person than me, apparently.
Insulting the dress they wanted to buy coz the price doesn't match up is like hitting on the self esteem of the person who made it. "They are ugly but I'm willing to buy them out of generosity n u should be thankful". It's like making them feel unworthy of the price they charge. It's bad if this gets to their heart, coz it does hit their self-esteem.

the academic fraud one makes me wish I was the person dealing with the choosing beggar. I would have screenshot EVERYTHING and then ask who their professor was and taking to them and the school. Like DAMN
Also, if they spent the time they spent abusing the person on their project insteaf, they would have had it on the way.
Tbh, getting notes from someone isn't really academic fraud at all, in college most people beg each other to get some help with notes
z2ocky notes yes, but not a project
@@z2ocky the beggar didn't want notes they wanted the entire project
Side note: assuming she means Burlington, Washington, if she was actually arrested with a freaking COURT DATE, that means she was stealing hundreds of dollars of groceries.
VaellinTheBard She’s referring to Burlington, CO I believe. We have City Market Grocery stores here in Colorado.
@@trinitynerdlove what are the minimum $ theft to have someone not just be arrested in CO but also have a court date?
Never mind, was a much easier search than expected.
For those curious: CO has a misdemeanor (theft 1) at $500. Which means that she was stealing $500+ worth of "groceries"
There’s also a Burlington in Ontario Canada.
@@VaellinTheBard or more happened than they're saying. Whenever someone says "X did Y for 'no reason'" i find that that usually means there were reasons and those reasons haven't been mentioned.

Quote of the video
That guy in the second story after being told they can’t cook it: I do not see -👄-
There are three definitions of insanity:
- doing the same thing over and over and hoping for a different outcome
- valuing anything over another life and life itself
- believing you are entitled to the world when the world just met you
That second one is up for debate.
@@tebthecat Fair enough, that's a good point. I guess I was being too narrow in my interpretation.
Sam Rosenberg that was the friendliest debate in a TH-cam comment section I’ve ever seen. Clap for both of you!
Bryni Adiel doing the same thing over and over again mhmm, sounds like my relationship with killing MMORPG bosses over and over again trying to get their gear because of their crap drop rates.
"I'm homeless and vegan"
Only in America.
Ah, America.
I can imagine it happening in the UK as well, sadly :(
Yeah, i dont think you're terrible familiar w Europe...
I'll bet your country is not without its entitled jerks.
@@rodneybever9583 You mean....America? Why yes, yes it does.
I actually laughed when you played the clip with the involuntary “what the f***?” That’s the first thing that came out my mouth too! 😂
"I didn't steal"
less than a minute later: "I stole from them"
So which is it?
I would have sent screenshots of that academic convo to the board of ethics. I've dealt with depression since I was a kid and I have never felt entitled to others work
When I heard the choosingbeggar reached for the money I literally said out loud Wtf. That's got to be the most insensitive, entitled person ever
Being a perpetual victim doesn't mean you can get away with breaking the law. Happy how that first one turned out lmaooo
And the vegan part? Unless op has severe allergies that don't allow them an omnivorous diet, their needs WERE being met. When you're truly poor you realize real quick that you cannot afford to be too nitpicky.
@@ClockworkChandelure Thats what I think. Yes, I feel bad they were misgendered. Thats not cool whoever you are. But being trans isn't an excuse itself. And you don't get to be picky and insist on being a vegan if you are poor and literally starving (because you are refusing to eat the "non-vegan" food provided to you)
That story just pissed me off. Trans people have a hard enough time fighting prejudice without other trans people perpetuating that prejudice by doing shit like this. Same with vegans. Quit making other people look bad because of your entitlement. And yes, this person probably needed food and shelter and all that other stuff you need when you're in dire straits (it's not unlikely that this person was kicked out of their home for being trans, since that's unfortunately something that happens a lot), but there are things you can do to survive that don't involve stealing (probably; not everywhere has good infrastructure for taking care of homeless people :\)
@@novaroseoooooo Everybody has an equal opportunity to be a shitty person, but, when a person in a minority is shitty, all the prejudiced a-holes crawl out of the woodwork to claim that 'aLL yOu PeOplE ArE LikE ThIS.' It's super frustrating.
imagine thinking you need to be on a specific diet when homeless lol
If someone asks you to babysit when you don’t want to, just say “only if I get to change their diapers”
They shouldn’t ask again
People need to stop saying “sorry” to choosing beggars.
Omg, FINALLY someone said that. I've seen so many vids about such human pieces of s... and the other side was always so freaking polite, like how do you allow anybody to speak to you like that? Why are you explaining yourself to them? The patience some people have in such situations is unbelievable. And, quite frankly, completely unnecessary.

"Oh poor me! I'm homeless and desperate!"
"I'm also trans, vegan and attempted to steal a bunch of groceries! Organic of course!"

This makes me think of that clip from the green inferno, when the tribe people give their prisoners bowls of something to eat and the rest of then are eating the food and the one character pipes up with, "but I'm vegan!"

Omg I loved your reaction! I literally rewinded so I could hear it again like 3 more times! Please make sure to add more of them if you have them.

The first story was absolutely irritating to see it from here perspective. Just how can someone like that manage to exist?
The story about the donuts reminded me of a story that happened to my dad.
I live in a Spanish-speaking country, there is a very popular ice cream shop in my country, and before (I don't know if they still do) they had these letter offers ... but it was an offer for the last name, well, once our last name came out, Calvo. that in Spanish can mean bald and my dad is bald
well, my dad saw the ad and went to the store, came in and when he was treated he said "I'm coming for the offer from Calvo" the ladies looked confused and said
"Sir, the offer is for people named Calvo, not for those who are bald"
my dad got his ID and was able to get his ice cream ... so happy ending
JAJAJA ¿Cuál tienda era? Aquí no encuentro esas ofertas :')
I loved the reaction to the CB reaching for the money. I started dying of laughter. I find dumb things so funny but at least it made my day. These videos are awesome

Wish I could have seen his face when he read that part about the CB reaching for the money and laughed my but off when I heard it cuz you could tell he was shocked
CB: *takes the money she didn't earn for a car that's not hers from a woman with a child with cancer*
